JonTron got himself a beautiful Polish farm girl wife, all Destiny has is Nick Fuentes, a coal-burner Swede fucking ex wife, and a bunch of revenge porn charges. Hope it was worth it.
I'm still blown away by his lack of self-awareness on election night, comparing Kamala falling behind to Frieza's escalating forms and blowing up when someone else pointed out that Frieza lost in the end. Y'know, like a villain is supposed to.
If you're just going by the Namek saga. Unfortunately, after 20 years and even more bullshit 'final forms', Frieza currently has a win over Goku and Vegeta after unlocking a new black form after training in a room of spirit and time on some alien planet.
Those will get slapped down. A pardon requires conviction for specific crimes.
If they don't throw out these blank check pardons then the Dems risk Trump giving blan check pardons to everyone in the Chicago phone book, or everyone on the voter roles in North Carolina.
How do you figure? The constitution doesn't put any qualifications on pardons except excluding impeachment offenses. And just a quick glance around, even specific pardons include some broader language about other offenses during the same time period or in the same jurisdiction - presumably to prevent an angry prosecutor from finding some other related charge to push.

It is not immunity from prosecution for everything. How can clemency and reduction of sentencing be granted for crimes that have yet to be discovered?
In Ex parte Grossman the Supreme Court considered impeachment to be a remedy for abuse of the pardon power. Some of Biden's pardons to his famiy, which are coconspirators) were signed literally fifteen minutes before Trump was sworn in. Obviously in this case impeachment is not possible as a remedy. That alone should be enough for the Supreme Court to revisit the issue.
As to why Trump might grant a vast number of people Immunity from investigation and prosecution? To force the Supreme Court to give deep analysis and consideration to the constitutional powers granted to pardon. It would be an ultimate troll move. According to the Dems, it would be a lawful use of his powers.
Another point is that it doesn't make logical sense to be able to pardon someone of a crime you're not aware of happening. If you didn't have anything in particular in mind when you put pen to paper, it's a meaningless decree.
We really don’t want to limit the powers of the office of the president on behalf of the judicial branch. We can send a new wrecking ball to Washington every four years via the executive. The judiciary is where the deep state really flexes on the plebs.

He got to bang Lauren Southern along the way at least.
I mean, who hasn't?

It's so retarded on so many levels.
That's because Destiny is actually pretty fucking dumb. And his audience is even dumber.
He talks fast and can memorize a lot of shallow talking points.
That's a "thought leader" for most people.
That and he's very manipulative.

Aww, he missed out when Biden was blanket-signing blank pardons.

It would be exactly as valid.

? Why would he do that? How is that even related?
Because the pardon, by context an implication, is the President's power to grant clemency. That is to mitigate punishment for convictions.

So judges get shot and then the killer pardoned. Then the president can pardon himself for his involvement.
Problem solved
He is quite literally a DNC funded operative. He'll settle every case and get a slap on the wrist while continuing to enjoy e-fame.

What connection was there for Wu to get involved in this story?
Maybe Destiny fucked him?
