I thought the biggest issue with AIPAC is that they are, for some reason, exempt from registering as a foreign agent. They claim to represent Americans who advocate for Israel as a end-around of the rules. This is how they attain such a strong yet clandestine hold on US politics.
This is why "the squad" was elected in the first place. They were supposed to go to war with Democrat sacred cows and drag the party to the progressive left. But they were so scared of giving any win to Trump that they immediately all fell in line to vote the party line for Biden's entire term.
If the threat of Trump's return was all that was keeping them in line and this is a sign that they are finally going to start throwing their weight around in the party and eating each other, then this next four years is going to be an absolute blast!
