Just like when you say someone is American, they are from the United States of America. EU governments use "asian" as a way to hide criminal identities and obfuscate crime stats, to make it harder for White people to identify who is hurting us. The U.S. government does the same thing by grouping Hispanic people in with "White" in crime stats.
