The hearing against her was kinda sad. She was looking and acting like a kid struggling not to cry while be yelled at after getting caught committing some mischief. She had no idea what to do about this at all, how to speak, or what to even say for herself while she was being grilled. Not like your typical politician at all. If the Trump assassination was an inside job, then she never once considered how she was ever going to cover her ass.
Resigning in shame is not where it should end for her though. She still needs to be investigated. We have plenty of reasons to think this was an inside job and that she would be in on it if it was.
The corporatization of historically, for lack of a better word, “military” roles is something that should be studied at some point. She was probably certain the whole event would be a small blemish on one annual performance review given that her only real responsibility was probably just rubber stamping the decision to outsource their tactical planning to some outside contractor.
Well, she better start thinking about covering her ass now, because I have a feeling Clinton's people (or Obama's, or Jill's, or whoever's been running Joe's administration) will be seeing her in the near future.
She's not smart enough to be recruited into any inside job. She's just another generic DEI girlboss, hired to strut around as the figurehead of an institution still coasting on the efforts of previous, competent men. Everything was fine, as long as nothing bad happened anywhere, ever.
She's an idiot, yes, but that doesn't mean she couldn't be recruited or planned the whole thing out herself. By all accounts, this assassination attempt went absolutely perfectly, and it was only through the dumbest of luck that it failed so spectacularly at the very end. Who knows what state the country would be in and what the Democrats would be doing right now had Trump not turned his head ever so slightly at the deciding moment. Most likely activating emergency powers to take away even more American rights, further reinforcing the election process to go their way in the future, and using the MSM and Big Tech to shut down anyone and everyone who dared to question whatever narrative they were going to push. It's easy to imagine in that case, the conspirators would all be functionally protected. But whatever was going to happen, they were completely blindsided by Trump's miraculous survival, all plans they had in mind had to be hastily scrapped, and whatever executive protection Cheatle was banking on never came because they were more than willing to leave someone as expendable as her high and dry in the fallout.
Or she was always set up to be the fall guy and wasn't smart enough to realize it. Whatever, I'm just spitballing possibilities.
I'd feel bad, but then if she was truly sorry, she should have ratted on who the fuck did all this. Instead, she almost explicitly stated she knew answers she refused to give.
Frankly, several of the politicians were trying to throw her life lines, and she still wouldn't take them.
Just from her conduct in the hearing should have been fired. If she can't prepare for a hearing, how the fuck is she going to prepare for a Trump rally?
And yeah, we still need a criminal investigation into her conduct. I don't know if she's involved, but we have to absolutely rip every single root out from every single weed on this.
In fairness, considering that this administration is almost entirely just Deep State run, and the elected officials have no major influence, this is a consequence.
Don't forget that Fauci didn't lose his job from the lockdowns, Miley didn't lose his job from the Afghan withdraw, no one in EUROCOM or SOCOM has been held liable for the failures in Ukraine, neither Mayorkas nor Harris faced consequences from the Border crisis, etc, etc.
Contrast this with Obama. He threw people under the bus all the time, whether they did anything or not. He did that so he could say, "I learned of it at the same time you all did" despite being actively involved. Politicians always throw bureaucrats under the bus. It's to be expected so they can claim that sweet, sweet, "scandal free" administration, and claim that they were a decent chap who never did anything wrong.
With Biden, they fail, and nothing happens. Dead silence. Everybody just goes on like nothing happened. They literally have the greatest single failure of their department's history; then they just go "well shit", and hope it blows over by next year.
This might be the first time anyone in the Biden regime has been held accountable for anything.
You're setting the bar too high for consequences for the deep state, in which the entire purpose of the deep state is to prevent consequences.
If you're hoping for the grand victories that should happen in a proper government, you're not focusing on the victories that we need to have in front of us, and you end up doom-pilling because you're not getting what you wanted.
Frankly, the Left have been a lot more murder-y before than they are now. You're dealing with Fabian Socialists not Bolsheviks. They use different strategies.
Doomerism is one of the stupidest things you could advocate for because you don't understand the mentality of the political right. They would back down in the face of agitation and confrontation, not stand up. 'Conservative' mentalities hunker down aggressively when hit with too much stress. This is also why accelerationism also doesn't work.
If you aggress on the conservatives with Doomerism, you're more likely to get what we were about to see in the UK before Nigel ran: the political right completely abandoning the political process and ceding all ground to the political left. You will get the 100% opposite outcome you are looking for.
Conservative mentality people respond to inspiration not outrage or disgust.
Part of the reason why is that Cheatle has become too much of a liability for the deep state. Both Democrats AND Republicans were calling for her to step down and it was a sizeable number of them.
The DS will choose another one since they failed to get Trump killed with this one.
They should still subpoena her and make her continue her testimony anyways. And if she refuses to show up send her to the same prison the DOJ sent Steve Bannon to.
Same with the deputy director that's taking her place. Everyone in that chain of command needs to be wrung dry, broomed out and quite possibly prosecuted.

She probably thought it’d work, or she’d just play hard to get until the rigged election came and she was pardoned or something.

As well as anyone she hired or promoted.
Who knows how deep the rabbit hole goes. She could've been appointed so Clinton's people had an easier time taking out political figures.
Well, she better start thinking about covering her ass now, because I have a feeling Clinton's people (or Obama's, or Jill's, or whoever's been running Joe's administration) will be seeing her in the near future.
Could be that she knows nothing. In which case no reason to get her

I'm betting 1000KIABucks that the creature in the left of the photo is her lesbian partner.
They look like the same person. Is this AI generated?
They absolutely do, like regular model and chunky
Pick your Peanut Butter, Chunky or Extra Chunky.
Well, now THAT explains why she hired all those butch lesbian cops.
Being the Director of the Secret Service gets you the best couch in the service. A director's couch, to coin a phrase.
Apparently there is NO personal information available about her except her professional career. They don't even know her exact birthdate.
The last five Secret Servie directors were married with information that is easily accessible.
What the hell is she. No info about her ((( early life ))), no marriage history.
I wouldn't be surprised if she was a career woman and just sacrificed having any kind of fruitful marriage and she only munches carpets for a living.
This is strange as fuck now that I look at it...
The image looks ai generated
They can't fire her. She's appointed by the executive branch with no confirmation or legislative oversight
If you think you hate the deep state, you don't hate the deep state enough.
And no matter how much you hate it, it hates you more.
I think the president can. but he is in limbo right now.
grabs popcorn and chair

I can't believe the primary actors in this are named Cheatle and Crooks.
