Written by those that hate you with every fiber of their being.

You say that but you still don't hate them enough.

Would not be psychologically healthy to actually hate them as much as they deserve.

That's a lot of black ink. Not very environmentally friendly.

As I do not have a physical copy, this appears to be a digital version of the article which was released on July 11th.

Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

Sorry Hanlon, but I am very sure this is massive helpings of both, with an oversized portion of virtue signaling to fill it out.

I don't remember where I heard it but it goes something like this:

Consistency is not a marker of stupidity. Stupid is random. If someone is consistently acting against your interests, they are malicious.

I doubt it's original to him, but I think one of McCarthy's close allies said that to him when they were trying to figure out how to deal with infiltration in the State Department and FBI.

I've heard of it too, and I believe the exchange went something like this:

"Surely it's just random coincidence?"

"If it actually were random, these incidents would occasionally help us."

Wow, they haven't even had either the decency or faux-decency to take that down with some sort of 'in light of current events' message.

I despise the media, and think they're evil, but that's still kind of shocking they'd leave that up!

Which one of the graphic design majors failed their way into that job?

You don't CAPITALIZE random words when the entire thing is all caps. They're not rhyming or singing, so you want people to attribute FAILED BETRAYED REJECT with Trump.

You're not a poet, this isn't a rhyme, and you didn't even try to stay within the boundaries of a cinquain. A 5 line pattern. You have 11 lines and one line beneath in a different font.

D- see me after class.

It's intentional so those works stick out and are associated with him more than whatever message might be present.

Anyone skimming the page sees: FAILED BETRAYED REJECT

Anyone actually reading the page sees the context which isn't any better.

It's literal propaganda.

FAILED BETRAYED REJECT

They're projecting their feelings about Biden. You could do an entire semester on the psychological problems encoded in this writing.

It reminds me of the crazy lady who lived across me at my first apartment. She'd fill legal pads with pages and pages of densely handwritten insanity and then she'd tape them up to her windows until they were all completely filled. Same energy here.

It shows you what they think is worthy of a whole, black page, and it's their opinion. Why anyone would pay these assholes is beyond me. There is nothing in there you can't get for free.

There I made my response without resorting to the K-word, this time. But really. Fuck them.

The same editorial board would have loved to have convinced you that Hillary Clinton was a good person and would be an awesome lady leader.

They have no credibility. They are obvious mouthpieces for the deep state.

I can't say I really expect a defense of the NY Times here. Such would be interesting to hear.

If you like, um, wine and theater they probably have stuff. That's not really what I mean though.

> Betrayed

Betrayed what? What tenet of America did he betray? The bigotry you breathlessly claim it is built on? Did he betray that? What about its Christian underpinnings, did he betray those? Maybe he betrayed America's fascist undercurrent? Or maybe its capitalist society? What did he turn his back on and seek to undermine?
