Right? I was never a fan of her or her work, but I remember she didn't look like that. Had to look up older videos. She wasn't gorgeous, but she certainly wasn't hideous either. And she went and turned herself into...that. While simultaneously telling us to be careful of what we put in our bodies, and to live a wholesome and natural life.

It's money.
It's the "influencer" business model. They make money off of social media. They do this by getting attention.
This is also why being a "traditional wife" influencer is a paradox: these women are making money (some of them a LOT of money) by pretending that their husbands are the only ones who make money.

For most it's just ego and self absorption. But in this case, maintaining her image translates directly to dollars. Book sales, live event tickets, meet and greets, podcast ads, fucking birch gold payouts from ben shapiro, the works.
