I am having a hard time thinking of many non lolis, Sakuya comes to mind, a lot are very much ones where you can argue and most are outright lolis. You're not a touhou fan if you hate the lolis, it's like saying you like a nice turkey dinner but then complain about the turkey and only want mashed potato's.
Ran, Yukari, and Keine come to mind, plus the tengu girls and definitely Byakuren. Not to detract from your point; I very much agree that lolis are a core part of the touhou fandom.
Guess my focus is different with touhou, my favorites are ones like Flandre and especially bestest of girls Suika. There are non lolis there, it's just that the ones I like the most are usually part of the loli group. Recently played a fun slay the spire style game with touhou and that made me interested in it all over again

Agreed, and there are cute (nonsexual) "lolis," but there are also plenty of over the top, obnoxious and more sexualized lolis that, at least for my own enjoyment, would be better of as not lolis. Not saying there are no good lolis, just that some animes I enjoy in spite of them.

Made In Abyss still has probably some of the best art and worldbuilding in manga ever, and I genuinely wish to explore its world more.
Unfortunately its main cast looks like it does, and not even in a "irrelevant artstyle distinction" way but in an actual "the children are nude and getting stripped" way, which makes it impossible to talk about or even enjoy at times.
