In theory, sure. But in practice, this is a bad idea. In the data to make a biased study, ((they)) will be grouped with whites to show how white man bad.
Then when it comes time for the DEI policy implementation, the shapeshifters will be grouped as a minority to reap the anti-white benefits.
If this shit gets legally challenged in court, and holds up, the door could swing the other way and preferential hiring of White and Straight could be made de facto legal on the same grounds.
