So even assuming the worst of the woman and she did it intentionally, she got 1,460 days while this dude spiking a woman's drink with abortion medication got 180.

There is no ''life saving abortion'' which would result in jail sentence, as there are exceptions everywhere in laws banning killing unborn children for times when the pregnancy is killing the mother.
