vivian is a boy. he was always a boy and will always be a boy. anything else is a mistranslation for political purposes.
There is absolutely 0% chance localizers don't split the difference and call Vivian a "they/them."
Which everyone in the story will magically know to refer to said character by for no explainable reason.
