In fact, don't women still receive sentences that are only around 50% as severe as their male counterparts' when committing the same crime? If so, then more women should currently be in jail.
If fewer violent felons received slaps on the wrist when commiting serious crimes, or if we had fewer leftist activist prosecutors unwilling to press charges against certain groups in large cities, perhaps crimes wouldn't be on the rise as much.
