As someone who was stuck for well over a decade in a leftist-infested hive city, I don't think that's necessarily a fair take.

Plenty of normal folk are stuck, for economic or family reasons, and unable to leave. They're just outvoted by the screeching horde of retarded leftist mongoloids.

Her uncle, I think, made a public statement about the incident and opened a fund to help her sue numerous publications for defamation. In his statement, he mentioned something along the lines of: "she is an avid supporter of social justice and racial equity".

So no, u/Unknownsailor's take was a fair one. It seems that she did literally vote for this, likely at every opportunity.

For fucks sake. I know they were going hard after defamation, though I don't know who they picked out. But if they stick with "she is an avid supporter of social justice and racial equity" then absolutely fuck her.

We are long past this. There are sides and they are very clear.

Jesus fuck, yeah, never mind.

Play stupid games, win stupid fucking prizes.

I mean, I guess we could steel-man the position and say that her uncle made that statement to try to get ahead of the "hurr durr RACISMUS" crowd by saying "AKSHUALLY, no, she's also a faithful of the church of woke", but that may be assuming too much good will and sense on the part of the average person.

she is an avid supporter of social justice and racial equity

But is she really, or is that just a throw away sentence as a sop to the social justice crowd?

Sort of like how every gungrabbing politician says "I support the 2A..." then goes on to detail about how they'd love to send you to the electric chair for just thinking about owning a gun

I would be fully willing to change my opinion if she were to make a statement saying the opposite of what her uncle said. But until proven otherwise, all I can do is to go by what evidence we currently have, the most compelling of which is her uncle's statement.

Nah fuck her even then. I don't pretend to appease these people and if more did that we would have less problems

The GOP did the First Step Act so they too are partly responsible for making crime legal for blacks. Listen to the way Biden and Hilldawg talked about crime in the 90s. They would be called Nazis today for that today, and Republicans would lead the charge as much as anyone.

One correction, she's a PA (Physician Assistant), not a Nurse.

As far as working anywhere, not quite. If you plan on moving, you need to find a place, find a job in that place, transfer your license to the new state, move all your shit to the new place, and hope your job offer is still valid by the time you get there.

It requires a lot of resources to just pick up sticks and fuck off to the four winds, and not everyone has the money, time, energy, or even brain power to pull it off.

The people sending death threats are the exact same people she's "showing compassion for" by not pressing chaeges.

Honestly, I think you may be wrong this time. Black tribalism is about as bad as female tribalism, and they do shit like this every time.

I care only so much as it serves as a very public example of the truth for others. She probably won't learn. But many others will.

Yeah, in a public statement her lawyers said she's "committed to racial justice" or some such leftist claptrap. She's still concerned with being seen as a Good Person. Wouldn't surprise me if she donated any defamation settlements she gets from this to BLM and the like.

Do any of them "really care"? I'm sure there are "true believers", but for most people avoiding wrath is their main mechanism of control. Performative acts of faux virtue and empathy to survive and prosper among the collective horde.

I don't see much difference between "this poor woman is just doing what her lawyers say to keep her job and get a sympathetic jury" and "this lifelong politician is just saying those things to the Black community to win reelection".

This line of thinking is completely useless politically, though.

Writing off people in your enemy's strongholds is a useful psychological defense against the horror one should naturally feel at the prospect of open, armed conflict between Left and Right.

It's the same "constriction of empathy" tactic we often use when hearing about any crime, as empathy is a limited resource and we don't want to imagine that we could be in danger of the same crime. "Oh that victim brought it on themselves because xyz... this would never happen to me." "Someone that dumb deserves to get scammed."

It's a useful defense mechanism, as long as you recognize it for that and don't let it cloud logical decision making.

I think a lot of this is coping with their own political impotence. Fixing shit like this is difficult so best insist that everyone getting fucked over deserves it.

I don't care.

Right-wingers wonder why no one likes them, and why they can be easily demonized, and then they act like this.

She voted for this.

You cracked the machines and figured out that she not only voted, but what she voted? Impressive.

NYC voted for Biden something like 84% overall

I mean, you can't even get things that you can easily look up right. You're off by about 10% points or more than 1/3.

This year, 75.7% went to Biden on the Democratic and Working Families Party lines.

And yet you can tell everyone with pinpoint precision who voted for whom, eh?

given national trends, so that she voted for this can be reasonable inferred.

Right, like you'd "reasonable [sic] infer" that LOTT voted for Biden.

Regardless, you didn't say 'likely'. You didn't say that you were guessing. You claimed outright that you know who she voted for.
