Read the article. It’s actually some Asian bitch claiming that this is needed because anti-Asian hate is on the rise. The Asian cultural (and genetic?) disposition towards authoritarianism and compliance is in some ways just as dangerous to America as the Muslim incursion.
I don't really subscribe to a particular political orientation, I've taken a couple of the so called political compass tests after seeing one here some time ago, most of them came to the conclusion that I am a fascist, which, while the creators of said compasses were clearly biased, isn't really far fetched considering the politician/movement I agree with the most is Oswald Mosley's.
In an overt threat to free speech, the bill, House File 181, would require the state to keep records identifying the person accused of saying something offensive as well as the identity of the victim “relevant to that bias.”
I see this as a great way to mass report Democrats in power.
Even if there is no truth the smear stays. Bury any real reports with thousands of false ones aimed at minorities in power with the victim always a white man.

Most of these outrageous bills that get introduced are never even considered (by committee usually), but it's something to keep an eye on.
