So are there any mod sites that aren't pozzed? I'm looking for some genocide mods for a Rhodesia type Victoria 3 playthrough. Paradox won't allow them on Steam and Moddb is cucked as well. I could probably make my own but it would be cool to share it with people if I did that.

Probably could easily be maintained on free upload mirrors like Mediafire. You don't exactly need a fancy modding website for such a small and isolated mod. Not that this addresses the core issue, but it's kind of an uphill battle that's far easier for modders to just sidestep instead.

They allow Sims mods (I think they're the site anyways) that let you fuck your teenage daughters so they better allow this.
