the original is better. the show is meant to take a more neutral stance in the original but it feels like the directors of the remake seem to be take a more pro liberal stance. I have not seen this part that OP posted in the remake for example. .The remake is literally just "one day for no reason at all this guy Rudolf rose to power" without explaining anything .

Same. I did not expect much but the show is great.
I keep meaning to watch it. I got about three episodes in last time and lost momentum. Maybe it's time for another attempt.
