The dissident sphere has been using regime for a while. I basically win any IRL discussion with leftists whenever I throw out the term regime. They aren't prepared to argue from a position of complete dominance when they are supposed to be underdogs, so they just bluescreen out.
People are pissed, and I love it. I hope it keeps up, and it's not just the usual outrage culture. I heard conservatives on the radio going completely ham on Biden, saying stuff like that he was a moron before he lost his mind, and that he doesn't run the country.

If you mean the phrase itself, 'going ham' means something along the lines of going crazy/wild, going hard, or letting loose. Basically, they're pulling a lot less punches on Biden than they were, and really letting him have it; they're going ham.
