This is wrong on so many levels.
For one if you are exporting livestock then why does it matter if it is a high percentage of greenhouse gas emissions. Someone else will sell the same livestock and the emissions will just move somewhere else.
Second, Northern Ireland is a spec of a country with very few people, is easy to have a high percentage of emissions when the population is so small.
They are purposely hurting your own economy in order to virtue signal.
To be fair, the Irish are fucking a lot of other European countries economy by serving as tax evasion HQ central for companies that are all too eager to use roads, infrastructure, etc...
How many millions of €/$ Amazon alone is dodging every year? What's the answer when you ask the Irish government to do something about it?
Wrong Ireland, you want the one down south, here in NI we fall under the UK (Unfortunately). If anything, Isle of Mann is a handier place for globalist cuntfucks to hide their shit (And in the Panama Papers it was revealed they did just that)
Companies like Google, Amazon and EA hide all their shit just over the border
Someone else will sell the same livestock and the emissions will just move somewhere else.
No, you granny-killing polluting bigot! We shouldn't be eating animal products in the first place, and will ban livestock everywhere! Be happy with your soy, and we may give you a couple bugs if you're compliant.
Shouldn't be much of an issue. If you look at the US, a million sheep and cattle can easily die off from heat exhaustion. Add in a few fires at some ranches and you're right on track to meeting the latest agenda.
The two political movements that are effectively direct descendants of the Orange Order are the DUP and the UUP, both of which were ardently pro-Brexit and anti-EU.
The nationalists won a majority in the Belfast parliament for the first time earlier this year. They haven't negotiated a government yet, but it was Sinn Fein and the Greens and the Alliance who voted for this.
Battery banks in the forest? What!? We are obviously not talking about artificial ponds and stuff, which even then would need to be maintained, you got some more info to this idea?

Hurting your own economy/causing mass starvation and cutting off the breasts and dicks of your children is the most cool thing you can do!
There is a joke there somewhere about starvation under British-ruled Ireland.

Oh.

They want you freezing and starving and they think it's funny.
But they totally aren't planning to force you to eat the bugs.
Once you're hungry enough, they won't need force...
Sounds like Northern Ireland is about to have some troubles with those fireworks displays the like so much.
And as for legally binding, so is a rope made from former treaties.
fuck the emissions. make them come slaughter the animals themselves.

Ireland needs to tell the UK to go fuck itself and throw all their tea in the water.
They want you to eat bugs. You better be willing to die on that hill, literally
I think you'll find it's the nationalists fellating the EU, not the Unionists.
How's that?
The two political movements that are effectively direct descendants of the Orange Order are the DUP and the UUP, both of which were ardently pro-Brexit and anti-EU.
So why is the Belfast government agreeing to EU driven "climate" policies?
I suppose the Green Party in Northern Ireland has a lot of clout.
I find Irish politics really confusing. But that's not saying much; I'm confused most of the time.

Oh look it's the 'soviet land reform thing' but in 2022.
I should probably stop procrastinating on buying food supplies for storage...
Electing women, not even once.
I find it hard to not put a tin-foil hat on, they are really trying to push people in to eating bugs.
