Everyone,
my company was bought last year by an American multinational. Before, we never had woke political content at all, but the hallmarks of woke regressive ideology have since started showing up: "pronouns" in signatures, celebration of leftist occurrences, and of course, "pride" month.
There are plenty of great resources online on how to deal with this, but I was wondering what were your suggestions. What I was thinking on top of my head was, asking politely to the sender of various propaganda email to not include me in mailings of socio-political content; and if asked further, clarify that initiatives of clear ideological nature are divisive and that I disapprove of them.
For the record I enjoy considerable job security, it is not easy to replace my position, and it would be extremely easy for me to find job elsewhere if I wanted to. My line manager knows I'm a conservative and backed me when I complained about "pronouns" in signatures.
So, how do you deal with this sort of nonsense yourselves?
Doesn't matter how valuable you are or how much you contribute. The ideologues and commissars don't care about the company, only that there are resources they can siphon to forward THE MESSAGE.
They are the borg, where they can't accept neutrality and what they can't assimilate they destroy.
Pronouns in signatures are offensive to anyone slightly conservative. Words have a meaning and individuals don't get to change them and force everyone else to play along.
"Celebrating" (by which the neomarxists mean worshiping) racial identity or women or faggots is really just shitting on normal white Christian men. The tactful way to say it is that these activities aren't in line with your core business functions and are detrimental to morale.
"Pride" (or faggot worship) is explicitly anti-Christian. And if you want to fight PC with PC also add anti Islam and anti Judaism. As those religions have explicit prohibitions against degeneracy and sexual promiscuity.
That's a good suggestion, but these groups are advertised as being for people of their ilk - that is, for "minorities". It would be seen as against the reason they were instituted to join them to antagonize them.
If I am pinged in Teams however, I will openly ask to stop pinging me for divisive socio-political content. My goal is to be constantly annoying to them while still signalling my resistance and at the same time being respectful, in the hope of attracting similarly-minded employees.

Giant families that support each other finincially and maintain close ties. Largely self-sufficient. Completely ignorant of all the bullshit we have to deal with because they don't rely on anyone.
If you can join a mennonite family, do it.

My goal is to be noted in the hope that fellow conservatives will make themselves known to me. If I am to bring change, I cannot do so alone - I need allies within the company.
If this cannot be achieved, I will leave and make it clear that I left because of their hostile policies.
It doesn't have to be antagonistic at all. Just subtly reinterpret their terms and put your support behind them.
For example, diversity can mean one of every race or whatever, but it can also mean that every individual is unique and we should celebrate that. Turn it around by saying that racial quotas, even with good intentions, are dangerous to minorities because it tracks them based on race and could be used for discrimination.
Turn "equity" back into equality and interpret inclusion to mean that all view points, so long as they're both civil and professional, are welcome.
White men are a global minority.

Indeed. I'm working part-time for a startup with like-minded people that one day might make it big, while at the same time learning highly-sought skills that will make it easy, in a pinch, to change job.
For some time I used emails with random selection of pronouns, including but not limited to:

...but I was eventually asked to stop. I did however, request to not be asked again to comply with suggestions of ideological nature. If they bring this up again, I will start using Cake / Cakes / Cakeself - because this, as everyone knows, is a real gender that people identify as.
Go with Master/Masters and watch them seethe.

youthou.i ignore it. during a team meeting someone mentioned LGBTQ+ and I interrupted them and asked them what sexuality has to do with anything. Essentially why does playing rock, paper, scissors under the sheets have to do with work. I used an example of me and my wife and how does me fondling her mean anything. Do I get a flag and month for that? No one said shit after that.
Naturally later my supervisor was told that i should maybe apologize to the group for the fondling of my wife comment in which i replied "no". Still haven't and won't. These people can eat a bag of dicks.
I work for a large bank. I never attend any of those events and simply delete every email - or even set up a rule to auto delete.
Don’t make a fuss about it, just ignore and move on. When you get annual surveys, make comments there.
Exactly what I do. There's not a lot of events like this but I've seen some before, never attend them, why would you? I don't even play the woke pronoun game, I've yet to see anyone but direct supervisors do it and even there they slip up. And if I have to I just the person's name, I so do not give a fuck.
I refuse to participate. I don’t provide pronouns in an email sig. I won’t gather for a team pride photo, I have work to do. No one really bothers me about it. And if anyone ever does I will point out how far behind every project is at work. The amount of money wasted with taking an hour out of everyone’s day at what ever frequency the d&i training stuff is since we have had 0 incidents of discrimination at the average employee level. And how money spent on t shirts and other bs for whatever the current pet project is could have been better spent giving current employees raises or hiring more talent.
My company does some LGBTQ emails that I never bother to read and that is that. Since no one goes to the office, pride month is just those emails.
However for the past couple of years we have had mandatory training, first about diversity and now LGBTQ crap and micro aggressions. What is worse, HIPA, health and safety and security trainings you can just skip to the end and take the quiz but for LGBT and micro aggressions you can't, you have to let it play to the end and then respond to the ridiculous quiz.
What is worse, my company was just a greedy, money focused company that was open about that, they donated to Trump in 2016. Now they went full on leftist ideology in a short period of time.
Note that people are experiencing success suing for compelled speech on free speech grounds when faced with pronouns and other pronouncements of belief. The more people that sue the better. Companies need to feel the heat for doing this and their wallet is the best place to hit them.
Ignore all that shit until they make it non-ignorable, and polish up your resume for when they do.
They already made it non-ignorable by asking me to support their nonsense, as far as I'm concerned.
