Defund everything except the Navy and Air Force, and purge them both of faggots. A governments sole purpose is to protect its people from foreign and domestic threats, and the states are far more equipped to handle domestic threats.
Get rid of the Navy as well and only have the Air Force and Coast Guard. Army should be made up of state militias and if needed have to be approved by the states themselves to serve outside the state. If there really is just cause there won't be a problem to get approval from state legislatures.
