If you like old PC games, Lazy Game Reviews always covers something Christmasey on Christmas. Though some of them are just "Well, it has snow." And the actual Christmas themed games are often shovelware holiday reskins.
Oh and while trying to think of mainstream games that actually include Christmas, Parasite Eve came to mind. It's about as much of a Christmas game as Die Hard is a Christmas movie.
Literally none of them. They're all just extensions of a Macy's and Coca-Cola sponsored Christmas parade, with absolutely nothing to do with Christmas.
There's this old little game free on steam, Sang-Froid - Tales of Werewolves. The devil shows up in December to this little town in rural canada and it's up to a pair of hunters to fend him off. Gameplay is wave base survival with you planning traps during the day and fending them off at night.
Batman: Arkham Origins took place on Christmas and had a lot of decorations and references around town. Arkham City took place in February but had a few decorations scattered about in the snow.
Truck sim (preferably Euro, on night time routes in the rain) with christmas web radio is the one for me. Although it makes me sleepy at the best of times so all the moreso when full of Christmas dinner.

They released a Polar Express video game based off the movie for the PS2, Gamecube, and maybe Xbox. More of a child's game though.
