Ha, I'm the other downvote- and for the same reason. "It's your own fault for not murdering police officers and either getting killed or given life in prison" is pretty lame victim blaming to boot.
If you don't think that's preferable to the gulag, then obviously, you don't believe the gulag is actually a gulag, and you're just engaged in political grandstanding.
If you truly believed that they're sending you to a concentration camp, you are an absolute fool if you respond to the arresting officers with anything less than brutal, animal savagery. If you believe you are fighting for your life, act like it.
If you don't think it's worth it, you obviously think the covid camp will be nothing more than an insulting, temporary inconvenience.
People on r/lockdownskepticism and the like tend to say stuff like "Imagine if someone told you in late 2019 that in two years, Australia would be an openly totalitarian state including concentration camps". Which is a fair point, but NPCs still don't believe it even if you shove video proof right in their faces. Bezmenov was absolutely correct.
Even then some won't be convinced..per Solzhenitsyn, there were ardent communists in the gulags who were avid supporters of communism and Stalin until their dying breath. Their being in the gulag was simply a "mistake."
I was just talking to someone about this. The level of commitment and insanity true believers have is astounding. There are genuine unapologetic Stalinist around today and that blows my mind.
I wonder if they, the "traitors", thought themselves martyrs who may have said or done something against the party and thus deserved it. Or, as you said, it was simply a mistake but a justified one.
If you told someone that on lockdown skepticism in 2019 they would have removed your comment for being a "conspiracy theory", then reported you to the admins to shut down your account.
That sub is definitely a honey pot, got my 10yr account suspended forever and I didn't even post anything very spicy. Now I got Tony and Dom telling me my new account is shadowbanned
Australian Hayley Hodgson was placed in a Covid internment camp despite testing negative for the virus. She was confined to a box for 14 days, offered valium when she complained about confinement, and lost her job. "You feel like you're in prison..."
Too bad for Hitler that Quillette didn't exist back then- he'd have known to call them "Super Happy Fun Jewbilees" and given bikinis as standard issue clothing to the babes.
What? There's no house arrest for anyone in America. There's full freedom of movement, no curfews, etc.. No vaxx requirements for doing anything I can think of. Haven't had a mask mandate in I don't know how long, and only a handful of people still wear masks in my area. And I'm in a relatively liberal area.
There was some stuff briefly as the covid panic got into full swing last year, but that's been rolled back basically everywhere. From my own traveling to other countries this year, there's far less restrictions in the US than the foreign countries I've visited.
Poison the well. As more and more people are taken from their homes by force to the Camps in Australia Jesse's only arguments become emotional, rhetoric "Alex Jones does this!" Jesse makes up fake news for his substack and its pathetic
Absolutely silent, as they have been for nearly two years, now…
Except for fucking Amnesty, which has finally decided to peep up about the Abos in the camps… However at the same time they have made it EXTREMELY clear that they don’t give a shit about the rest of us, and that they won’t be extending the same campaign to us “huwhites”, so… The hypocrisy is amusing, if rather astounding!!
I think it’s important to say this: Australians simply do not value freedom in the same way as Americans do, or even the French, or hell, even modern Germans…
I don’t know exactly WHY this is, but I assume it has something to do with geographical isolation, growing up in a complete nanny state, and the “fuck you got mine” attitude of a ridiculously swollen middle class, which controls ALL the discourse you are seeing, and which makes up our entire journalistic class…
I think class anxieties play a huge part, here. In Australia, if you’re not a “professional”, with a degree, you’re seen as a lesser person. If you don’t own your own house, unless you live in an incredibly expensive city such as Melbourne or Sydney (Melbourne less so now, post-Dan) you're seen as also lesser…
Finally, if you earn less than $100K per year (around $70K US), you are also seen as “lesser than”, even in subs like LockdownSkepticismAU (this came up in conversation there, and then I called them out on how ridiculous that is…).
So… Just bear that in mind. The people you are seeing support this stuff online, come from a very different… Perspective. They’re wrong, but it’s important to remember that.
Also, it’s utterly pervasive, here, in the media. There is no real Fox News equivalent, here, anymore. Even Sky News, which in theory is closest to Fox, is on board…
The ONLY real questioning, in 2021, is coming from The Spectator (and arguably Quadrant, more mutedly), and I suspect even then it is only because they are an international publication, so no matter how much the government threatens them, they don’t worry about “towing” the party line so much…
Anyway, just some perspective. Hope that maybe clears some things up, for y’all…
If you don't attempt to kill those who come to take you to the gulag, don't complain about being in the gulag.
Eh, the guy's alright
didn't downdoot btw
I downvoted him because he's blaming the victim.

Things have to get a lot worse before they can get better. Perhaps not until mass graves.
Even then some won't be convinced..per Solzhenitsyn, there were ardent communists in the gulags who were avid supporters of communism and Stalin until their dying breath. Their being in the gulag was simply a "mistake."
People today whose parents went through this shit support it.
They're nuts.

I need to re-read Darkness at Noon.
Soviet Union killed ~30 million of their people and the people never rose up.
Don't count on it.
Well they fought a Civil War on the heels of World War I then followed by World War II. It all kinda blended together.
UN 'Peacekeepers' will be throughout the US, at the end of the beginning.
Later, Patriots and gun owners are mostly dead or locked up.
The NWO wins.

Did that sub even exist in 2019?
That doesn't really matter to the hypothetical situation.
But I think it started Feb/March 2020

Valium huh? We've arrived at that brave new world.
You really don’t wanna know about forced psychiatry and drugging in Australia (in the recent past), bruh…
None of this is really “new”. It’s just that “normies” hadn’t really seen it until now…
Have you taken your Joy today?
Huxley and Orwell made a collaborative work 👍🏻
"International arrival bungalows"
Next up are the "warm and fuzzy ovens" and the "purity showers".
Too bad for Hitler that Quillette didn't exist back then- he'd have known to call them "Super Happy Fun Jewbilees" and given bikinis as standard issue clothing to the babes.
bet they wish they had a 2nd amendment now
Has that made it better in America?
The guns haven't been pressed into service yet. We shall see.
I think holdouts are a little more confident holding out knowing they can blast someone's balls off.
But does anyone care about the holdouts that live in isolated compounds and never leave? Functionally you've chosen house arrest.

Yes, we still have pockets of freedom to move to. I can live life like it’s 2019.

I know most of you guys find Tim frustrating because of his fence sitting but he's right on this one.
My problem with Tim is his tendency blabber on for 15-20 minutes when there's only 5 minutes tops worth of content to discuss.
Everyone preaching about inclusion , diversity and state politics is a puppet financed by the masters we all know.
Sponsored opinions do not matter.
Where are the civil rights lawyers in Australia who are always banging on about refugees and Aborigines?
I’d like to know the answer to this question myself.
Silly wh*toid. Right are for your betters, not you. Now get back to work.
