It’s a strong possibility. I’m a little more optimistic about Kyle’s chances than I was about Chauvin, but nothing would surprise me at this point. Either way I’m not looking forward to what comes after. If Kyle gets off we’re looking at another chimpout, if Kyle goes away then conservatives will of course do nothing and we’re looking at a clear precedent that defending yourself against commies while white is a crime.

"Conservatives" never conserve anything anyway. That ideology is one of constant retreat.

Besides, there is no peaceful or legal way out of socialist tyranny.

If he is found guilty, it is just another sign that this is not a fight that will ever be won by the rules, since they now make and enforce the rules.

Of course, even if he walks it still is. The fact it's at this pitch is sign already. They just would have bought their facade a little more time with a segment of the population.

There is no way out but through at this point.

If Kyle gets off we’re looking at another chimpout

Which would be the best thing that could happen to America. Anyone who even tried to be objective saw that the prosecution has absolutely nothing, so it would purely be a riot over no lynching.

And on top of that, Kyle literally didn't kill or even shoot at a black person. There is absolutely no reason for them to scream racial injustice.

White people aren't allowed to defend themselves if they're no part of the cause. It's racist to kill the niggers' pet cucks.

While I feel for Kyle, it might finally be the final blackpill.

There's a story that I can't recall the exact details from ancient china of but it went something like this:

A general was delayed by a river flooding and was late to meet the emperor and had a conversation with his 2nd in command:

What's the penalty for being late?

Death

What's the penalty for treason?

Death

And that's how the rebellion started.

If Kyle is realeased and given his AR-15 back...Kenosha will be safe.

Technically we could see him step out of that court house with the AR in his hands lol

They won't give him the rifle as it's not his and his "brother" faces 6 years for buying it in a separate case.

It's not his AR-15. And after his "friend" tried to burn him for the DA he should just buy his own.

Depends how many Biden vs Trump voters are on the jury.

That's ALL this trial was EVER going to come down to, because that's all this trial ever was.

The US is two seperate, hostile nations pretending to still be one. The only reason the shooting hasn't started yet is because people still feel they have too much to lose, but that won't last forever.

Honestly, I think the only way the US stays together for much longer is if it goes to war with China and once again focuses the nation on an external enemy rather than an internal one - 9/11 bought American patriotism back from the brink for 5 years.

Nuking the three gorges dam could bring it back for a century.

There we’re jury members that recused themselves because they believed in the 2nd amendment. So save the “both sides are hostile” moral equivalency. There’s only one hostile side in the US, and it’s not Trump supporters.

Imagine actually being one of those idiots.

"I believe in the law as it is currently written. I shouldn't be on a jury!"

What an utterly fucking moronic, self-defeating position.

No one is going to burn Kenosha down. The only person who goes out at night in the freezing winter of the Midwest is Juicy Smalls. Whether or not the jury realizes that is an empty threat is another question.

The college antifags are still in school and there isn't massive amounts of money getting dumped on antifa at the moment. Plus, Kyle walking is a direct threat to the rioters and should inspire others, which is why the left is so scared of it. I just don't see the circumstances being right, but I wouldn't be surprised to be wrong either.

Maybe the college fags will sit out because it's midterms and just before Thanksgiving break, which means partying and then a long drunk weekend at home.

Can't show up with bruises to explain when you're going by xer and already need to explain that and your blue hair to grandma.

I hope not. A blind man can see that the murder charge was ridiculous. Then again I thought Chauvin would get manslaughter at the most

There are 2 persecutors. The obese one is more incompetent (hid closing argument, literally: "Kyle is in some kind of shape so he should have fought the mob of armed adults with his fists, who of us didn't take a beating sometimes, he didn't because he's a pussy!") but as such less infuriating.

It would be a mistrial then, evidence of innocence is too strong and judge doesn't fuck around. Straight up yelled at the defense a few times and threatened to dismiss when they tried to go after his 5th amendment rights to shut up.

I get what you're saying but optics are irrelevant nowadays. They could deliberate for a full month and the reaction from the left would be no different than if the jury deliberated for 30 seconds.

In any given jury there are likely 1 or 2 holdouts for both sides. Reaching unanimous verdicts requires a steady wearing down from both sides and judges have been known to throw stonewallers out if they can't articulate their opinion(illegally but I dare you to try and fight that).

Knowing how polarized the country is, there is definitely at least 1 lefty in there who will pitch and throw a fit until people agree with them, or they get bored. Lefties know how many good boy points they can get if they are the impetus that got Kyle put away.

99.999% sure it'll be a factor. You have to remember that ontop of the threats, both visceral and financial, juries can also be bought and swayed by higher political and institutional influences who all seem eager to label Kyle a white supremacist monster - and I know some might roll their eyes at this but you have to be mindful of the talmudic law that if a goyim so much as strikes a jew, that is death. Most lawyers are jewish, most of our media is jewish, a whole hell of our politicians are either jewish or in bed with someone who is. Kid might have been better off shooting three black dudes by chance.

Kyle is in the right, but this does not bode well. They will pull every trick in the book and if they can't distort reality to prosecute him, they will try to kill him. He's in danger.

(hearsay warning) On Rekieta stream one of the talking head lawyers said they heard from media that the jurors have mostly reached a decision with just two holdouts who are concerned about something with the U.S. Marshal on duty? I don't know what that would mean
