Many Saints have been faced with that exact same quandary, and all of them chose death over dishonor. The mother and her sons from Maccabees come to mind.
Oh I couldn't deal with the wolves.... you're the fucking shepherd. That's literally your fucking job.
Either defend your sheep or die defending them - he's literally the Vicar of Christ.
Imagine Christ at the last minute went, "yeah, nah guess I'll go back to being a carpenter in Nazareth. This suffering the sins of all mankind is too much for me."
The Pope is only infallible under specific circumstances (specifically speaking ex cathedra) when issuing edicts on Church doctrine, usually in order to answer pertinent questions about said doctrine.
Please learn anything about a faith before attempting to criticize it, the Catechism is available free online (even if I and other Catholics still have other problems with Vatican II, it outlines all doctrine of the Catholic Church)
The vast, vast, VAST majority of what the Pope says is not infallible. Maybe you should learn more about Catholicism before telling Catholics what they think.
What you’ve just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
In this day and age, when you can literally do a quick web search and understand what "Infallibility" means, this is a supremely stupid statement to make.
What in the fuck we're the Cardinals possibly thinking when they elected this guy? "If we put a faggot in the hat, maybe the left will cut us some slack on all the kid diddling."?
The Church is riddled with progs and has been for a while. What do you think Vatican II is about? They have been struggling for 60 years at least, they have now managed to get one of theirs installed as Pope.
There are all kinds of rumors about the circumstances surrounding Benny's abdication too.

Like what? Not a Catholic, but I'm curious. Growing up it seemed like John Paul II had always been pope and always would be. I had read Angels & Demons by Dan Brown (don't judge) and all of the rituals involved with electing a new pope seemed so weird and bizarre, and I never thought I'd live to see shit like that happen in real life. Then JP died and it seemed so shocking like a once in a lifetime event. So imagine my surprise when Benny ragequit. Electing a guy so old seemed strange and I figured he would have died before stepping down.
The Catholics were infiltrated by a secret society with the explicit goal of pozzing it; the culmination of their victory was Vatican II. Two popes in the 19th century ordered the publishing of the Permenant Instructions of the Alta Vendita, which can be found in english in chapter XIV of Grand Orient Freemasonry Unmasked, to warn people of the conspiracy.
“Diversity is trending pretty hard right now. Maybe we should elect someone from South America for a change? It’s not like he’s guaranteed to be a subversive communist. That’s just a stereotype.”
But yeah, there isn't a defined mechanism for removing a heretical pope. Historically, some kingdom would raise their own Pope and the Catholic world at large would eventually determine which is legitimate. Nobody today is going to raise an Anti-Pope though.
Pope Francis is wrong and as a Catholic I'm ashamed that he's my Pope. I'll pray for him, but hopefully the cardinals have learned that a Jesuit Pope was a bad idea.
They were first started to be an order of priests that was better educated than typical priests in order to fight against protestant attacks on the Church and they were closely connected to the Pope. They did a lot of good things during the counter reformation, played a key role in missionary efforts in Latin America, North America, Asia, and Africa, and established schools all over the world, among other things. But after Vatican 2 they went downhill fast. There are some jesuits I've known who are great people, but there are also many that are literal marxists. The jesuit magazine "America" is absolute filth. And they think that because they're so educated they're right about everything. Some want the Church to become a moral relativist, liberal christian church with gay marriages, women priests, premarital sex, abortion, and everything else evil. They have the least amount of fidelity to the magisterium of the Church of all the orders of priests.
That corrupt Argentine communist bastard doesn't get to dictate policy, much less direct private enterprises' course of action in regards to any matter whatsoever.
But of course the head of a multi million dollar operation responsible for harboring child rapists would favor censorship. Really makes sense if you think about it.
This man doesnt speak for Catholics. In fact most of the Catholics I know are openly calling their congregation to ignore the current pope.
All Jesuits must be excommunicated from the Church at this point
I blame Benedict XVI directly for this fiasco. How exactly does one decide to retire from being Pope?
"Retire or we'll suicide everyone you love, and then you."
Many Saints have been faced with that exact same quandary, and all of them chose death over dishonor. The mother and her sons from Maccabees come to mind.
I blame him too.

Si itis cum Iesuitis, non cum Iesu itis.
True.

How about you just call him a dumbass instead of using some faggy ass meme
Because memes.
Dude isn't the pope. If he was, this wouldn't be happening.
In this day and age, when you can literally do a quick web search and understand what "Infallibility" means, this is a supremely stupid statement to make.
Shitty strawman argument, please try again.
Actually, having read your other attempts at discourse, please shut the fuck up and go away.
Silicon Valley is a joke
Catholicism can't save anyone from Social Justice, it spawned it.
The founders were right about Papists.
The founders were freemasons and it was there ideology that morphed into Marxism.
AWAY WITH THIS POPISH IDOLATRY!
Please bro you gotta censor more bro please bro in the name of God bro please

It was the social just cult that was responsible for the child rape in the first place.
When man assumes gods will
God's will is for man to have will. The pope seems to be forgetting why we're all here.
Sometimes, I get really annoyed with my protestant brothers and sisters. Moments like these remind me why I still am one.
Um, that's a conspiracy theory sweaty.
A pope is elected until he dies, correct? So he has 0 accountability?
He's accountable to God.
But yeah, there isn't a defined mechanism for removing a heretical pope. Historically, some kingdom would raise their own Pope and the Catholic world at large would eventually determine which is legitimate. Nobody today is going to raise an Anti-Pope though.
even more evidence Vatican II is blasphemy
Or a Chinese official speak on behalf of the Catholic Church. His softness towards China was telling.
*anti-pope.
True pope (Benedict XVI) still under house arrest in the Vatican whole the Argentinian apostate creates a mess.
This is not the Pope.
This is clearly the Anti-Pope.
Bill of Rights: "Get fucked, old man"
The Pope is a gigantic fucking faggot.
This could be a Babylon Bee headline: "Pope begs Silicon Valley atheists to use their devilish technology to silence his critics."
Big Tech and the globalist cabal is the Beast.
From a Catholic, quick reminder that papal infallibility does not apply outside of reflection and communion with the Magisterium.
Deep state love censorship.

Fucka da pope!
Why hasn't he been physically removed yet?

Edit: found original comments and this article represents the Pope's speech accurately: https://www.vatican.va/content/francesco/en/messages/pont-messages/2021/documents/20211016-videomessaggio-movimentipopolari.html
From what little I understand of the Jesuits, a pope should've been unnecessary to learn why that was a bad idea.
is there a summary of the jesuits?
They were first started to be an order of priests that was better educated than typical priests in order to fight against protestant attacks on the Church and they were closely connected to the Pope. "Have I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth?" - Galatians 4:16
Head of Popery commits Popery.
"Please stop bashing us online and exposing us....or I will tell God to eliminate you from this Earth."

You do not speak for God. God's word is the Bible.
No thank you commie pope
Moloch is not God
In clown world, the Pope isnt Catholic.
And yet that is the world we live in.
The Prophecy of our Lady of Akita foretold this series of events.
