Saidit was DoA. One of the sitewide rules was to follow the "Pyramid of Debate", which was the most nebulous of rules. It was basically designed from the start to allow tranny jannies to corrupt the site.
That's fucking retarded. Nothing is more open to abuse than making a rule policing how people can discuss. Even Faggit doesn't do that (yet).

The dude arguing in favor of Saidit said some of the dumbest and most ridiculous shit in order to brush off just how bad the rule system in place was.
IIRC didn't Saidit also have a built-in class for powerusers?
Which the site owner ignored and then called people names when pissy about being criticised about some things.
Simplest way to lose faith in any rule is so watch the person instituting it break said rule.

Because if they go outside they know they don't pass. And so does everyone else. So literally leaving the house means they are well aware everyone they walk by is staring at them with shock, disgust, or judgement.
So they literally never leave their house, ever. Most don't even work because they are disabled in some other way to begin with, usually mentally. So they have 18+ hours a day on the internet every day to infest it.
They're poisonous losers out to destroy anything and everything to spite the world. I'm not a religious man, but if I were I'd think they were satanic. I shit on a lot of sacred classes, but the only ones I consider irredeemably evil are troons. The rest would probably be capable of being functional members of society if they were held accountable for their shit.
I used to be on saidit.net. It was run like dogshit. The owner banned me because I used swearing in my titles. Asshole. LOL. I used to be so loyal to that site, and he gave me the boot. Loser.
What about Poal? After one of Faggit's purges Saidit and Poal had AMA's on the Faggit subs to try to get the community migrate there. Did Poal suffer the same fate?

Poal has removed all "problematic" posts, AOU routinely removes points (which means users can't post, respond, etc) from accounts he deems to be a problem, which is anybody challenging his bullshit. He personally begged me to come over from Voat. I did for awhile, then I don't know what the fuck happened to him. Mine and many others were put into a "Suspicious Behavior" category. I told him to suck my balls and left. I couldn't delete my account there, either. That option was removed for us in the same boat.
It's chock full of faggotry, but think of it as Reddit with two jannies, not thousands--actually one, now the other faggot "died".
If I recall right I got into an argument with that guy over on KiA2 on the lifeboat exploration thread about loli.
I got him to admit that his rationale for banning it was entirely personal, as well as a few other things.
I (correctly) pointed out that the site's rules would naturally devolve as the views of the administration shifted. Free speech would be entirely temporary.
I think the others pretty much covered it. Poal was better than saidit, it allowed discussion of the chosen ones, but it has some fuckery with paid memberships and tremendous butthurt about downvotes. Voat of course was the best, but then it went private and required a log in to even lurk, so I never went back to it. Do note: I never made an account on any of the other sites, including reddit.
Poal.co is the alternative to Voat.
