The vice article says "there's no such thing as natural immunity." If you read the article what they "mean" by natural immunity based on context is "immunity from a disease you have never been exposed to," which of course is not what ANYONE means by "natural immunity."

Actually, there is such a thing as exactly this. If you have a working immune system and are in good health, you won't get sick with viruses even if you have never been exposed to them.

People who have already recovered from covid, thus have the specific covid antibodies already in them. I was likely exposed again from younger kids in school when there was an outbreak and at various times as people I know have school aged kids which themselves get it and expose you.
