I always cringe at romance in video games. It just feels like such a sad fantasy fulfilment. Why would I want to pretend like I have a girlfriend in a virtual world? I'd rather just work on finding one IRL. I find the false sense of companionship so soul corroding. Willingly entering into a LARP relationship, that you know is entirely scripted, you know the bounds of it, and you know you can never escape it. Why put that in, in the name of "role playing"? The vast majority of games, including mass effect, have no roleplaying whatsoever.
Still not convinced that Gigantor is a woman. Human women don't look like that without a 5000 daily kcal diet, hours daily at the gym using specialized equipment, and a goodly amount of anabolic steroids. They certainly can't look like that with half an hour of exercise thrice weekly and bigot sandwiches.

Puritans took shit super far, come on. Read up on them. Their philosophy literally included concepts like "visible saints", and social pressure focused very heavily on looking and acting to exacts standards of "morals and decency".
There was a reason the witch trials erupted in Puritan communities, not Christian, Catholic, Protestant, Quaker, etc. communities.

I saw "ARM" all uppercase and thought it was something completely different. then saw ARMPIT and was really confused until I saw the picture.
And now I'm disappointed that some computer engineer hasn't done an ARMPIT instruction set as an April Fool's gag.
I remember the Advance Wars series in japan is totally a parody of "wars". Heck, the SNES version have Gates and Hitler.
On the GBA, Neil (or Caroline, as the jap ver) was censored, others was also altered. Olaf resemble Santa and Kanbei a samurai.
If the remake have the altered costume I will buy it, if not probably at discounted price
