I had several incidents of this happening while I was on my shifts. Dude would rolling up in a trench coat and just be casual with no indication of anything suspicious. They specifically target women with children for some reason. They would find their victim then follow her as she got to her car then flash the junk at her for like 30 seconds then they would basically run away.
You don't hear about it as much because most people don't bother with reporting it.
