Communism fails on so many fronts, but authoritarians love it because it makes all products flow through the state. Look at the communist fallout that left an oligarchy in Russia. Capitalism spreads the wealth far greater than any other economic structure in existence. We can literally point at any monopoly structure in existence and see the roots lie in government interference of the natural market.

No it doesn't. Equity means taking prosperity and opportunity from white people (and maybe a few Asians) and redistributing them to people of color. No one is trying to produce equity in the NBA or the NFL.
Equity is how social sciences flooded academia with marxists who then formed “DEI” to push their racist propaganda. They don’t want original thought or actual academics to touch their pristine pile of shit.

There is a reason that they want to control every syllable of your speech and a reason why you cannot even consider moving to greener side of the grass without being called a hateful bigot, and a reason why the definition of racism has expanded to the act of simply being white and existing.
There's a reason they're trying to castrate, alienate and humiliate your sons into suicide and a reason they radicalize your daughters into feeling guilt just for having white children. There is a reason they want you to bend the knee and worship a dead junkie as if he were Christ himself.

What do you mean 20 years, in IT they already do that. And white guys are the first to go when down sizing. The reason you do not see it as such a major issue is that there is just not enough POC in IT to fill in the spots, the higher skill positions always seem to be whites and asians. While IT jobs become easier and easier it will become more visible but the discrimination is already here, it has been like this for at a decade.
I figure since I don't have kids then the least I can do is prepare for the coming war so that those who do might survive and raise theirs. It's that or give in to the demoralization.

Equity means the net of assets less liabilities. It can be positive or negative, and is often used as a shorthand for how solvent a company is.
If it is used in any other way, the person can probably be assumed to hold no logical thoughts.
