I'm not sure I get the gist of your question.
He claims that Judaism allows abortion then fails to state where or why this is. That could apply to anything.
"The U.S. Constitution claims I get a free house by 30 and a bank account with $3 million in cash" is a claim I can make. I don't have to cite where or how this is true thus making it a very dubious and suspicious claim.
Let's look at the story closely:
TL;DR - The rapist isn't mentioned and they don't say who "denied" the abortion, thus making the results very sketchy.
"A 10-year-old rape victim in Ohio was denied an abortion...Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an obstetrician-gynecologist in Indianapolis, received a call last Monday, three days after the Court's ruling, from a child abuse doctor in Ohio .."
- The "child abuse doctor" is unnamed.
- The rapist or case is also completely glossed over.
"..who had a 10-year-old girl in their office who was six weeks and three days pregnant, and therefore ineligible to receive an abortion in the state, according to a report from The Indianapolis Star."
- Notice that it doesn't say anyone actually denied the abortion or what actually happened to the alleged rape victim. All it says it an anonymous child abuse doctor (?) called a doctor in Indianapolis about an alleged rape victim. There are no more details than that which makes this really sketchy.
Also Ohio is often a battleground state and this came just days after the SCOTUS ruling. Something is definitely off here.
When I got permabanned, they sent me a notice saying I can still view the site I just can't post.
Yeah, they're SUCH A GREAT SITE and my life is so lowly that I just can't wait to spend time there when I can't comment.
Fuck 'em.
That's even worse - a girl was raped and their first thought was get her an abortion, NOT prosecute the rapist.
