It's one of the few classic games I played that could be played without throttling CPU cycles in DOSBox. I should check if it's playable like that on a modern CPU 🤔.

That was a classic. Last time I played it was several years ago and I was still able to set it's speed slow enough to be playable.

It's India. I'm only surprised it isn't mandatory in a bunch of other temples.

I have. It's very nice for generating one-time tools, generating diagrams, explaining existing source code and refactoring.

Coding new functionality is ok at times, but it makes decisions that would be catastrophic once the app is scaled. Very nice for proof of concepts, but only somewhat helpful for production code.

I also think they are overselling it, even though I agree it's not just an autocomplete.

Looking at her, she's more Bulgarian than gypsy. I wonder why they didn't show a more 'pure' gypsy woman and what she does for a living.

Gypsies in Bulgaria, Bulgarians outside of it... Any attempt to reign them in is met with criticism from NGOs and EU stooges.

AI will be profitable for the few companies that survive the period of negative profit. They will just jack up the price once their competitors file for bankruptcy. We'll then see how many of their customers are willing to pay the inflated prices.

The three newest games I played:

Expedition 33: worth it

Doom, the Dark Ages: not worth it

Doom Eternal: worth it

The last decade has been pretty bad...

And in Bulgaria we have historically low interest rates and an overvalued real estate market. We are joining the euro zone next year. I expect interest rates to rise. And since almost all mortgages have variable rates, we may get a crash.

His name is not Bulgarian and uses a family name-first pattern. His wife's last name is Bulgarian, though. The funny thing is she changed her first name to his family name and kept her original family name. So she has no given name anymore...

The Star Diaries by Stanislaw Lem. Best sci-fi satire I've read.
