Dysgenic doesn't means rewarding bad behavior, it means selecting for bad traits in subsequent generations, the antonym for eugenic. You're either trying to sound smarter (probably, you had to look up a term from middle school) or interchangeably use words for every thing you don't like. Either way, just like /r/politics.
