Pushing through judicial appointments were the only thing Mitch did well. He sucked at everything else.

It’s not like the other choices were all that great. Rick Scott is meh and probably about the same and John Cornyn would have been worse, a Cocaine Mitch 2.0.

Is that why he mentions “Never Trumpers” multiple times in his article? Never Trumpers and neocons generally are a dead faction within the current GOP. They have zero support among the GOP base. If they have any support at all, it’s inside the DC beltway and online.

AZ has a very long history of milquetoast Republicans, going back to at least Goldwater.

It begs the question of what do you even do with these people? Most of the posters there blame “right wing disinformation” and influencers like Joe Rogan and the Paul brothers. None of them even consider the possibility that their ideas are bad or wrong. And even only a few point out the self evident fact that their ideas are unpopular.

It's amazing reading those threads. These leftists are so disconnected from reality.

Fact check: false.

The Democratic Party was founded by Andrew Jackson, who became famous by genociding native americans. The Democratic Party only later came to embrace plantation style chattel slavery.

Nothing in entertainment is organic. Rap/hip hop is popular because the music labels promote it. The question to ask is why?

Europe really needs to get over this idea that just because someone is a refugee (even a legit refugee) that they need to be granted asylum. It’s ok to say “sucks to be you” and turn them around.

Korea has a very damaged culture. I’d argue that it has somehow managed to be worse than the west. Young people there are socially dysfunctional. The young men are coddled momma’s boy NEETs and the young women are pop culture obsessed sluts. No wonder neither side wants anything to do with the other. I don’t know what the fix is or even if Korea can be fixed.

I think you’re right but would add:

  1. She is an easily controlled yes-woman who will do what the party elites want her to do.

Cheney (father and daughter) and Frum are neoliberals, and neoliberals have almost completely left the GOP for the dems. Liz and David are just trolling at this point by pretending to still be Republicans.

Weak mayor cities usually have city managers who are effectively mayors except that they report to the city council.

Dunford, the nitwit with the PhD after his name actually has a PhD in Law according to his LinkedIn. He started his JD program in 2012 and then proceeded to spend the next 11 years getting a JD, two masters in law, and a PhD in law. Why? Well probably to avoid working, like most professional students.

He has an equally cringey twitter account and Twitch channel.

It's not an issue of "free market"

Cope. Lolbert nonsense. If there was a completely free labor market, factories would be importing endless hordes from the third world, paying them pennies per hour.

In completely free markets, there’s no incentive not to dump all the externalities onto others or society at large. Which is why pure libertarian free markets don’t work.

The single most effective way to deter crime is to warehouse criminal offenders. Because it’s a small part of the population that commits crimes and these people tend to be repeat offenders. So you stick them in a concrete and steel box.

You got me thinking and I suppose that I am guilty of that as well. I don't actually visit my out of town friends all that often. Having said that, I do call them all the time. So most of my catching up is over the phone. Also, we tend to meet at destinations rather than go to each other's homes. Like we'll meet up in Las Vegas or Nashville, etc.
