They absolutely don't want the responsibility. When pressed why they feel people shouldn't own guns they respond with "I would never trust myself with a gun!" "If I had a gun I don't know what I would do!"
As always, it's projection. They think since they would immediately turn the gun on themselves or others it's obvious that's what everyone would do.
I think one of the reasons this is making news, other than the "Oh, no! Gays are being genocided" bs is because Uganda announced they found a ton of gold last year. And that's popped up again recently because I believe they found more.
So if another Pakistani gender program bill or whatever comes up, but for Uganda, I doubt that money is going to be spent on elevators.
I used to work for a small, local bank. Got bought out. In the meeting announcing we got bought it was explained as "This is just how banks operate now. It makes more sense to start a bank with the intention to be bought than actually operate a bank"
It was even mentioned, "When we were founded, there was XXXXX number of banks in the country. At the time of our sale there is only XXXX"
This was about 10 years ago.
Getting a phone number, cool. Depending on the setting that doesn't really mean much, though.
Give a woman your phone number. If she has any interest she will hit you up. The way to do this depends largely on the setting and how you've interacted. Don't be a d-bag and leave your number on receipts for the waitress expecting results.
If you feel rapport with a woman and she seems reciprocal say "Hey, I would love to do (whatever activity) with you but I'm pretty busy, hit me up at (number) so we can set something up"
It doesn't have to be something dedicated, like hiking or wall climbing, either. You can frame this around a coffee/bar date. "I would love to know more about your thoughts on..." "Your taste in music is objectively shit, why?" "So where are you really from?"
I'm obviously kidding around a bit but giving women my number without taking theirs cut down on a lot of what I guess is called "low value women" these days.
"lol just call me or don't, I don't care"
You know what, go for it. It would be hilarious to have a British accented representative from the great state of Wyoming, Nebraska, or North Dakota presenting on the floor. If those places sound too cold there is also central Florida.
In all honestly, I think that's what its going to take to get the country to wake up. We have Ilhan Omar "from" Minnesota and no one bats an eye because she is a black woman. She just blends in with all the background noise the mass media, news, education system puts out.
I didn't really care about Agrawal and Vijaya getting money because at their level, one way or another, they'll end up fine. They will die wealthy and them getting 40 million really means nothing to me.
Hearing they might not get anything, however, is fucking fantastic.
But "as soon as the borders opened" last year, they "got on the first" plane abroad to Albania — which she says didn't have strict COVID measures in place. "It was such a great life," she said. "You could go outside, still be super normal, eat amazing food, live with $400 a month in terms of rent. We really took advantage of that."
I'm surprised they printed that. I guess COVID is only a threat if the country you're in pretends it is.
Dulik, a tenant organizer, and Nicholas, an urban planner, are the founders of Club Leftist Tennis, a Substack newsletter that covers their favorite sport through a progressive lens.
Dulik bemoaned the media reception. “It’s always the exact same phrases: ‘Pickleball is much more accessible and fun than tennis’; ‘Pickleball is the fastest growing sport,’” he said. “I’m cringing at being sold something so blatantly.”
But, for decades, it barely made a ripple — pickle what? Even now, the number of players in the United States is estimated at around 5 million, according to a 2022 report from the Sports & Fitness Industry Association. By contrast, some 21 million Americans started playing tennis in 2020 alone, according to the Physical Activity Council.
Is this article satire?
That's got to be the worst angle to glue your hand if you plan to stick around for a while. The VW Porsche idiots were there long enough to being demanding food and bed pans.
I wish they would leave them. Stamp out a little brass plaque "Untitled #7" and call it an installation exhibit.
OP is a handshake account as old as this post is. There is no other activity on it. I would wager there will not be any other activity on it.
Hell, I agree with the spirit of this post but the "report this tranny" part can now be used to paint this is as brigading site. It seems minor but as I said this isn't the first time an account like this sprung up, said something generally agreeable but framed in a certain manner, and didn't do anything else.
May not be a bot but it's not organic.
Not sure if it's a bot but these new single post accounts do keep popping up. I'm not really sure what the goal is, other than to be "evidence" when something eventually happens.
"Person X frequented a site known as dot wins which regularity hosted anti-Semtic and other hateful content" (Hateful cause tranny is a slur now)
It's obvious this isn't organic. You being at - 2 as I type this shows something is up.
She is only 35, too.
