Plus she might waste less time with it since there are no ads. She might waste more time on tv at first due to being able to binge watch shows, but I think that wears off in time. Plus it’s cheaper.

This is exactly right. Someone still deep in programming is prone to short circuiting or blue screening when confronted with uncomfortable truths or new information, so its best to discuss a topic they are already interested in and ask logical questions about it.
