According to activist writer Indigo Olivier in The New Republic, Kaepernick worked with “two of the most prominent Black Marxists in the country,” and the writers in the book were anti-capitalists.

I wonder how much the book will cost?

The U.S. Army Protective Services Battalion, the Pentagon’s little-known Secret Service equivalent, is tasked with safeguarding top military brass. The unit protects current as well as former high-ranking military officers from “assassination, kidnapping, injury or embarrassment,” according to Army records.

Protective Services’s mandate has expanded to include monitoring social media for “direct, indirect, and veiled” threats and identifying “negative sentiment” regarding its wards, according to an Army procurement document dated September 1, 2022, and reviewed by The Intercept. The expansion of the Protective Services Battalion’s purview has not been previously reported.

“There may be legally valid reasons to intrude on someone’s privacy by searching for, collecting, and analyzing publicly available information, particularly when it pertains to serious crimes and terrorist threats,” Ilia Siatitsa, program director at Privacy International, told The Intercept. “However, expressing ‘positive or negative sentiment towards a senior high-risk individual’ cannot be deemed sufficient grounds for government agencies to conduct surveillance operations, even going as far as ‘pinpointing exact locations’ of individuals. The ability to express opinions, criticize, make assumptions, or form value judgments — especially regarding public officials — is a quintessential part of democratic society.”

Insult a military man online? They'll have your location in seconds.

Public Voting = CONTROLLED.

This is just a new way to remove mods they don't want and replace them with ones they do. Pretending this is an improvement is hilarious.

Spider-Man is partnering with a group called Belonging Begins with Us, which is a project of AIC — the Soros-backed organization that is trying to flood the country with cheap labor by pushing for more immigration as well as amnesty for some illegal aliens.

Belonging Begins with Us works with the Ad Council to partner with prominent brands and entertainment titles in an attempt to push its soft message of “belonging” and “welcoming.”

“Belonging” has emerged as a key marketing buzzword for the AIC, which defines it as a “fundamental human need, and one that is linked to many of the most complex challenges of our time.” The organization has even published a study titled “The Belonging Barometer,” which calls for greater acceptance of “non-citizen immigrants” and other groups.

There is an impressive amount of electricity powering a defunct Casino in a post apocalyptic wasteland.

I love it when they throw all common sense out the window and put Anthony Mackie as the lead role, makes it easy to skip.

A proper treatment protocol thai focused on early treatment with Ivermectin and Vitamin D and Zinc Paks would have saved monumentally more lives.

You act like any of the science officials even provided this as an option to Trump.

Using information you learned later to criticize a decision earlier is bizarre.

This is interesting because I've never seen a Journalist speak over and end an interview over an elected official like this before.

When a Journalist refuses to allow a Rep to speak their mind and share information they are no longer a Journalist. This is the last step towards state media and it is insane to see it happening so rapidly.

I understand it is a difficult distinction to make but the vaccine was necessary for a TINY SEGMENT OF THE POPULATION. It saved some of their lives.

What was not necessary was anything Biden did with it. The mandates, the lies, THAT is what caused all the problems.

Plus you aren't even accounting for the Democrats who were wildly pushing any criticism of COVID as xenophobic, encouraging people to contact each other and downplaying the dangers of it.

It is like everyone conveniently forgot what the climate was at the end of Trumps presidency.

Oh shit, you know that explains a lot actually. It is actually less surprising coming from Canada.

They have a 2 year old child still alive.

The most annoying thing about this story is how unreported it went.

Happened Tuesday and we are only finding out yesterday / today. They refused to report it until public outrage forced them to, and still refuse to label the attacker as a black man.

The only way you'd know is if you see his mugshot. Re-victimizing these poor people all over again by hiding information and delaying the reporting.

That wasn't sarcasm, I've lived in major cities all my life.

Never drive a nice car, wear a nice watch, wear expensive clothes or keep your wallet in its normal place. The Tesla was almost surely the reason he attacked them.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Eina Kwon, 34, who was eight months pregnant, was shot four times — including in the head and chest — while sitting in her white Tesla during a traffic light stop at Fourth Avenue and Lenora Street at around 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Her husband, Sung Kwon, 37, was shot in the arm.

The gunman has been identified as 30-year-old Cordell Maurice Goosby, a convicted felon in Illinois, as per FOX 13. He was arrested at the scene shortly after the incident, reportedly telling police, “I did it, I did it.” He later claimed that he fired into the Tesla because he thought its passengers had a gun. However, surveillance video showed that he ran up to the car and fired his stolen gun into the driver’s window, according to KING 5.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help support the family and bring Eina’s relatives to the U.S. from Korea to see her one last time.

Officers arrested one suspect, 30-year-old Cordell Maurice Goosby, a short distance away from the scene and recovered a firearm. Goosby told authorities that he thought he saw a gun in the car and reacted by firing his handgun into the vehicle, court documents show. But additional video revealed that there was “no interaction between the victims and the suspect in the preceding block, prior to the incident.”

Kwon, 34, and her husband Sung-hyun Kwon, 37, were stopped at the intersection when a suspect ran up to the driver’s side of the vehicle before firing and running away, according to court documents. Both victims were sent to Harborview Medical Center, where Eina was sent into emergency surgery so her baby could be delivered. Both Eina, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and the baby died at the hospital. Sung-Hyun, who was shot in the arm, survived his injuries.

She was driving a Tesla, which is probably what caused her and her husband to be targeted by this random violence.

From what I can tell this happened in broad daylight.

“We recognize that over the last two months, the discussion surrounding our company and Bud Light has moved away from beer, and this has impacted our consumers, our business partners, and our employees,"

Translation: We knowingly allowed a female executive to take one of our flagship products and do whatever the fuck she felt like with it. When you idiots found out we just shifted her around a little and are waiting for the blowback to end so we can just re-hire her, because if we fire her she'll probably win a huge settlement against us.

Whitworth said in a statement. “We are a beer company, and beer is for everyone.”

We brew shitty beer with rice. Everyone can drink it because it is so bland and light in alcohol content.

Whitworth then said that his company is taking “three important actions” to move Bud Light forward, adding that Anheuser-Busch is “investing to protect the jobs of our frontline employees,” providing financial assistance to wholesalers, and changing its advertisement strategy.

Translation: 'Investing to protect the jobs' is CEO speak for 'we're hiring some new woke people to make sure that when we do this again it won't be as easy to figure out.' The deviants have carved out a permanent place at In-Bev.

“Our summer advertising launches next week, and you can look forward to Bud Light reinforcing what you’ve always loved about our brand—that it’s easy to drink and easy to enjoy,” the company said. “As we move forward, we will focus on what we do best—brewing great beer and earning our place in moments that matter to you. Here’s to a future with more cheers.”

Translation: Some generic PR slogans mixed with a weak promise that all future deviants will be funded under the table instead of publicly.

It is shocking how little they respect their consumers. In-Bev must be willing to drive Bud Light into the ground simply to make sure they don't insult 0.001% of the population.

Gotta love these woke CEOs.

The resident then called her attorney, who told the agent to leave, according to Jordan.

The agent responded “aggressively,” telling the attorney he was entitled to enter homes because of his position at the IRS and telling the resident she would soon receive IRS bills for the decedent’s allegedly unresolved taxes and that she would need to pay them within one week or suffer severe financial consequences, Jordan wrote.

The resident had initially reported the incident to the Marion, Ohio, police, and once the police called the IRS agent and the agent admitted to having used an alias, the police told the agent not to visit the resident again, leading the agent to file a complaint with TIGTA, Jordan said.

The balls on this asshole.

“This behavior from an IRS agent to an American taxpayer—providing an alias, using deception to secure entry into the taxpayer’s home, and then filing an Inspector General complaint against a police officer examining that matter—is highly concerning,” the chairman wrote.

You think?

"If the concern is state control over children's minds," he added, "it's worth noting that even if a child attends public school, parents will have exclusive control over 80 percent of the child's awake life."

He suggested that "if parents cannot, in that other 80 percent ... communicate their views, discuss them with the child, explain why they as parents think differently ... then I wonder what's going on in the family."

Is this guy retarded? If a woman is being raped only 20% of the time she has no reason to complain because 80% of the time she isn't being raped, right?

Who the hell comes up with that logic?

The College Republicans student group at Northwestern University scored a free speech win by defeating a funding freeze that was implemented by the school’s student government after the conservative group hosted author and Critical Race Theory (CRT) opponent James Lindsay.

The reversal came after the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) wrote a letter calling on university to stop the Associated Student Government from freezing the conservative student group’s funds, which were being used to promote an event featuring Lindsay.

The school’s student government had used “emergency legislation” after discovering posters advertising for the event, according to a report by the university’s student newspaper, the Daily Northwestern.

The legislation was based on the student government’s belief that the flyers advertising Lindsay’s speaking engagement were in violation of the university’s Policy on Discrimination & Harassment.

The student newspaper reported that one of the flyers advertising the event featured “sunglasses with a queer pride flag and a skull and crossbones superimposed over the lenses.”

Now here is the REAL dystopian part.

“We can’t prevent a speaker from coming to campus as student government. That’s done by administration,” Molly Whalen, co-president of ASG, said, adding that the student government therefore “focused on the part that we could control, which is student group conduct and student group finances.”

Take your kids out of College.

I wonder why this Senator hasn't opened up her personal housing to migrants, since that would be the "right" thing to do.

It turns out she means OTHER PEOPLE have to sacrifice their freedoms, not her.

Man that is one hell of a loaded statement. They are trying to churn out a lot of the existing mods and keep the ones willing to sell their souls.

Things will get dark fast when the worst of the worst are the only ones left. They are the ones who NEED Reddit for their...compulsions. I bet the mods they are adding are just sycophants, lobbyists and corporate sponsors.
