I bet it names social media companies and users that radicalized her to try and garner 'attention' to them.

In return now they refuse to release it and they can postpone it forever under the guise of keeping those people / businesses 'safe'.

NBC BLK reporter Char Adams

NBC BLK? They have a...black version of NBC? Also is this bitch seriously named 'Char Adams' because that is hilarious.

Adams explained that the groups were founded to combat racism from the Jim Crow Era barring African Americans from National Parks, and current stereotypes that black people do not enjoy outdoor activities.

I wonder how much money they grift out of the feds each year for this bullshit.

'Does a week go by without an article from a once-reputable news organization suggesting minorities live in an endless M. Night Shyamalan movie where our entire lives are spent hiding from this or that?'

This actually got a chuckle out of me.

They'll have to make up the loss in revenue somewhere, which means higher taxes for the populace while the businesses enjoy tax free operation.

Breed said, “Well, first of all, I would — if I could do it tomorrow morning, I would get rid of most taxes on the books. I want to also be clear that businesses need to pay their fair share. But not at the expense of losing business as a whole. So, I would completely reform the tax system to make it more fair, to make it more equitable, and to make it work for both the city and those businesses. I would also make sure that the streets and the city is clean and it’s safe, because we need to make sure that, as people come here on public transportation, as they move around the city using different modes of transportation, that they’re getting to work safe and they want to be here.”

This is without question the dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard come out of an elected official.

The sheer financial irresponsibility to suggest this shows that SF is being led by a cabal of affirmative action morons.

They wouldn't cripple an industry and give people more money. That'd hurt their interests.

It will be selectively used for specialty projects and the energy companies will pay bribes yearly to keep it that way.

Top colleges’ preferential treatment of children of alumni, who are often white, has faced mounting scrutiny since the Supreme Court last month struck down the use of affirmative action as a tool to boost the presence of students of color.

The department notified Lawyers for Civil Rights, a nonprofit based in Boston, on Monday that it was investigating the group’s claim that alleges the university “discriminates on the basis of race by using donor and legacy preferences in its undergraduate admissions process.”

The complaint was filed earlier this month on behalf of Black and Latino community groups in New England. The group argued that students with legacy ties are up to seven times more likely to be admitted to Harvard, can make up nearly a third of a class and that about 70% are white. For the Class of 2019, about 28% of the class were legacies with a parent or other relative who went to Harvard.

Ending legacy preferences is “one of many steps that Harvard and other universities can take to increase access, diversity, and equity in admissions,” said Jane Sujen Bock, a board member of the Coalition for a Diverse Harvard, which includes alumni, student and staff.

How hilarious is this, they are attacking the institution that was DEFENDING THEM ILLEGALLY in order to 'get back' at conservatives?

Oh no! Rich legacy admissions won't get into Harvard! What a travesty!

I'm guessing he got paid handsomely by the DNC or the uniparty to try and siphon off votes.

We should all be happy he exposed himself so early as a tool instead of hiding it until 2028.

I have an issue with Starship Troopers being compared to fucking Barbie.

Starship Troopers saying 'war is bad' is only half the context.

Starship Troopers was both an anti-war film and a pro-war film at the same time. It was intentionally built that way which is part of what makes it so damn enjoyable, because it both stays true to the source material and expands it to ensure a complete film gets told.

That's why both the 'anti-war' crowd and the 'pro war' crowd can appreciate it at the same time, because it gives them both exactly what they want without sacrificing content or quality for the other.

It's an incredible screenplay based off an exceptional book and achieves on purpose what you are attributing to Barbie doing incidentally. Barbie only does one half, it is incredibly difficult to do both.

admitting in a statement through her lawyer that she was never kidnapped and fabricated the story.

Ah, too much of a coward to even release a statement herself. I bet her lawyer is making her do it and she doesn't even want to.

What an arrogant choice of statement too...

The patriotic Israeli government coalition voted to remove the Supreme Court’s power to strike down laws and cabinet nominees based on “unreasonableness” today. All 64 members of the ruling coalition voted in favor, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu,

Anyone else see the irony in suggesting that Israel adjusting its courts is an overreach while Democrats try to de-legitimize the Supreme Court?

The Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries found “substantial evidence” that the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office engaged in discrimination based on gender and sex, as well as retaliation connected to those complaints. The findings, first reported by The Oregonian/Oregonlive, resulted from an investigation kickstarted by a complaint filed by Carolyn Amber Kinney, an attorney in the DA’s office who resigned in February 2022.

The BOLI investigation agreed with Kinney’s assertion that the DA’s office discriminated against her, and other women practicing law under the county prosecutor, Mike Schmidt, when it comes to promotions into leadership roles.

Here's where it gets amusing:

“Despite an almost equal distribution of male and female attorneys overall, only around 20% of women compared to 80% of men held leadership positions,” the investigation said.

In addition, a predominantly male leadership group made decisions about whom to elevate into higher positions, using factors BOLI considered “extremely subjective.” The list of qualifications includes “perceived readiness for promotion,” “ability to work with a team” and “a demonstrated willingness to promote the DA’s policy and philosophical direction.”

The District Attorney’s leadership team promoted six attorneys into top positions in an 18-month period from August 2020 to January 2022. Five of the promoted attorneys were men, “despite the majority of eligible employees for leadership positions being women.” The BOLI report acknowledges, though, that after Kinney raised concerns and resigned in February 2022, several women received promotions.

In addition, BOLI found that Schmidt “subjected [Kinney] to unbearable working conditions, ultimately leading to her resignation.”

In the wake of Kinney raising concerns about gender discrimination, the BOLI investigation found evidence that Schmidt retaliated against Kinney. Amid a discussion of creating a new leadership position in the office, and possibly moving Kinney into it, Schmidt was hesitant. BOLI’s report says Schmidt told his executive team “he would not endorse the promotion of someone metaphorically ‘holding a gun to his head.’”

It is amusing to see them eat their own via their own shitty methods of control.

In 2019, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) added it to a list of hate symbols, though the organisation noted its use can still be used to simply show approval of something.

Therefore "particular care must be taken not to jump to conclusions about the intent behind someone who has used the gesture", the ADL said.

Mike Bloomberg gun control affiliated Shannon Watts is trying to pressure the Grand Ole Opry into preventing Jason Aldean from headlining an August fundraiser, organized to raise money for the families and community of Covenant Christian School, where three children and three adults were slain on March 27, 2023.

Breitbart News reported that CMT removed the video earlier this week. Watts responded by taking credit for CMT’s decision, tweeting, “Proud to have had a hand in getting CMT to reject this racist and violent song…”

Breitbart News noted that one of Watts’ earliest reactions to the “Try That in a Small Town” video was her claim that the song is “about how [Aldean] and his friends will shoot you if you try to take their guns.”

Prior to focusing on Aldean, one of Shannon Watts most recent efforts was to push for background checks for gun sales in Texas, specifically for rifle sales.

This shrill harpy is impressively consistent in her cuntiness.

“It was really alarming at first because I’ve experienced injury throughout my career, but it’s never been anything like this that could turn into something detrimental if it’s not taken care of,” he said. “It was frightening at first, but now I’m at ease with it. I’ve prayed and just given it over to God. It’s out of my control, and the only thing I can control is my effort and attitude and how I approach each day moving forward.”

I kind of wish these athletes would say something about all of these incredibly rare conditions hitting them at their physical peak...but I don't blame them for staying quiet.

All I know is I've seen more 'rare' medical conditions hit healthy people recently and it isn't some sort of bias, the numbers don't add up. The question is how many until people can't help but notice.

Judges statements below, they are absurd.

January 6 defendant Chris Alberts, who conceal carried during the Capitol riot to “protect his life,” would have only served three years in a federal penitentiary if he would have pled guilty.

Instead, Judge Christopher Cooper sentenced Alberts to 7 years in prison on July 19 for possession of a gun on the Capitol grounds and allegedly assaulting police officers.

“In this country, you cannot make your voice heard with a gun. That’s not what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they wrote the Constitution,” Judge Cooper admonished moments before he sentenced Alberts to nearly a decade in prison. “There is no Second Amendment right to bring a gun to the Capitol. You may think that constraint is unconstitutional but you can constitute that with the Supreme Court.”

Prosecutors manipulated Alberts’ sentencing range by adding almost a half dozen “terror enhancements.”

Cooper insisted there is no discrepancy between his adjudication of radical left-wing extremists who break the law during protests and Capitol rioters.

“There were Antifa and Black Lives Matters protests around the country following George Floyd. Most of them were peaceful,” the judge said. “There have been about 300 federal prosecutions of Antifa for arson, illegal gun possession, and civil disorder. If when Antifa, Black Lives Matter come before me, I’ll be sentencing the same.”

Cooper, whose wife is a federal prosecutor, sided with the government’s sentencing recommendations, adding two or three years to Alberts’ guideline range by piling on numerous enhancements.

Alberts, who served six years in the National Guard including a deployment to Iraq, maintains law enforcement officials’ overwhelming use of lethal force against peaceful demonstrators, particularly children and the elderly, during the January 6 protest warranted self-defense.

His lawyer makes the point clearly:

This ruling is very dangerous. This threatens to chill future defendants from taking the stand.

Alberts was convicted of assaulting a federal officer — a crime that is already drastically enhanced from a misdemeanor “simple” assault. But then prosecutors and probation officers and ultimately, Judge Cooper “enhanced” Alberts’ sentence by holding Alberts had an ‘official victim,'” Roots told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview. “And then Judge Coopers further enhanced Alberts’ sentence by holding Alberts’ assault was aggravated assault because it was committed with intent to commit another felony. The felony “resisting officers” are essentially the same exact crime.

But the most outrageous enhancement was for “lying on the stand.” Among other things, the judge found Alberts lied on the stand by testifying he hadn’t seen any “restricted” signs, despite a Capitol police officer saying there were lots of signs around the Capitol on J6. Prosecutors produced no evidence that any signs were directly in Alberts’ path on J6.

And Judge Cooper held that Alberts’ testimony was false when he said his bungee cords in his backpack were left in his backpack at all times.

The “enhancements” punished Alberts by doubling or even tripling his guideline range.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino implored New Zealanders to purchase tickets for the women’s soccer showcase.

“New Zealand, we want you. We need you,” Infantino said during a news conference Wednesday in Auckland.

“It’s never too late to do the right thing. Come to watch the matches. We need full stadiums to warm us all up,” he added, emphasizing the significance of enthusiastic support from the home crowd.

How sad when the FIFA President is begging people to buy tickets to watch inferior competition because it is the "right thing to do."

Then why aren't you giving the tickets away for free you dumb corrupt fuck?

As part of the efforts to entice fans to attend the matches, the accounting firm Xero, an official partner of the Women’s World Cup, offered 20,000 free tickets for games in New Zealand’s four host cities, according to CNN.

While the complimentary ticket allocation has been fully utilized, the remaining tickets left unsold indicate interest in the event remains low.

Don't worry though, the AP is here to cuntsplain what is going on for us:

“A larger problem,” it said, “is that soccer is not generally a widely supported sport in New Zealand and attracting fans to stadiums in the coldest months of the year was always going to be a hard sell.”

Plaskett, the ranking member of the minority on the House Weaponization Subcommittee, attacked the alleged views of one of the witnesses, Democratic Party presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, calling them hateful.

“This is not the free speech that I know of,” she said. She recalled a recent controversy over remarks Kennedy made about the coronavirus affecting some population groups more than others, among other past comments.

Plaskett continued: “Free speech is not an absolute. The Supreme Court has stated that.” (The Court has not restricted the content of speech, but a “time, place, and manner” exceptions for the way speech is expressed.)

The ranking member went on to claim that Republicans had not invited Kennedy to testify because he had been censored on social media, but rather to associate themselves with his controversial views. She also claimed that past witnesses interviewed by the committee, such as would-be “disinformation czar” Nina Jancowicz, had been subjected to death threats, and implied that committee chair Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) supported those threats.

She added: “They want to force social media companies to promote conspiracy theories because they think that’s the only way their candidate can win the 2020 [sic] election.” She said that Congress should be focused instead on issues like inflation.

My god, this black woman might be one of the least educated people I've ever seen in a position of power.

Democrat Rep. Daniel Goldman said the justice system is rigged against the Bidens.

Goldman said Hunter Biden was actually overcharged with his tax-related crimes.

“The fact that he is taking a plea deal, in my mind, demonstrates a two-tiered system of justice against Hunter Biden, not at all in favor of Donald Trump,” Daniel Goldman said.

Isn't it astonishing that they can just lie like this without consequences?

It also harms the countries the immigrants are leaving via brain drain.

Yeah, this isn't the case. Countries basically don't want to deal with a violent criminal so they give them two options: rot in jail or pretend to be a migrant and never come back.

Illegal immigrants are rapists, criminals, pedophiles, the worst of the society they are thrown out of. The only thing 'harming' the country they leave is that they eventually make the country look bad when they get caught in a first world country pulling the same shit.

These shithole countries absolutely love the ability to put all their worst citizens on a boat and make it our problem.
