I'm glad this guy's bad faith incomprehensibility won't bother us anymore (for now). He's like a full-blown psychological plague on any community he takes part in. He's so out there that he must be insane or paid to be an agitator.
In my opinion, the left have lost the culture war, have greatly lost the economic dominance they once had as seen by media companies collapsing and their last hold out of the establishment is diminishing greatly. The only problem is they KNOW they are losing so are going scorched earth with the remaining tools they have like the judiciary in the US or the indoctrinated crazies they have like the troons
This might be true if you're only looking at the US. If you think about the UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU, then the left is just as strong as ever.
That's the greatest effect of their limitless arsenal of weapons. It's not just that people are fixated on distractions and circuses, it's also that it's extremely difficult to act under a complete and total digital surveillance state. I don't think the lower classes have ever been further from effecting real change than right now.
Sorry OP, the guy you responded to is correct. "Vested interest" is a common expression and "invested interest" is a common and acknowledged mistaken version of that expression.
Your very specific knowledge and vocabulary on this topic is fascinating.
