Seeing all the non-White accounts posting anti-White ideology on X made me think of this story that I thought was worthy to share.
About 10 years ago during the beginning of the peak of anti-Whitism in Western society when many people did not even understand this was going on, I had moved to a big city in hopes of landing a good job.
I ended up meeting an Asian woman a few years younger than me who had recently moved to the same city for the same reasons. We met through similar social circles and became friends.
I explained to her what was going on with regards to DEI and the anti-White culture in Western societies making it even harder for White men to get good jobs. At first she was sympathetic and agreed with me that it was not good. She was dating a White guy at this time (they later got married) so she had invested interest in seeing White men become successful. However, her now husband inherited $4m from his grandmother and checked out from working. I think he might have bought a golf course and just plays golf everyday so she no longer had that invested interest.
Here's the part I observed that I found interesting. As her career began to take-off and mine was suppressed, she started pushing back on any of what I was saying. She'd start telling me that perhaps I'm just not the best qualified for the job or that I was just using the situation as an excuse for my own lack of competence. I realized what was going on and it was that she didn't want to accept that her success was because she was not-White and/or Asian. She wanted to believe her success was entirely on her own merit not any systemic cultural oppression of White males. Even if she initially believed me, as she started to gain success she couldn't believe me because that would in essence, undermine the success she did have so she felt compelled to believe I was wrong if only to preserve her own ego and belief in her own competence at her success.
This is the inherit sinister nature of the system. Even if non-Whites may agree with White people over the oppression happening in White people's countries, that would mean they would have to admit to their lack of competence and equity in deserving the pay/success they have managed to achieve in White societies thanks to the systemic oppression of White people which would mean both their ego and quality of life would, if we were being fair, be lesser than it is today and this is a self-sacrifice no non-White would ever make (even Whites don't make this self-sacrifice either such as women admitting they displaced many more competent men).
Thus, if you're a White man you can never expect anyone except White men taking your side because the system literally buys-off everyone else to band together against you. This is the sinister nature of the system.
In the end I did end up more successful than her regardless of the obstacles I faced and the red carpets that were rolled out for her so her jabs at my competence and deserving of the situations I faced in the past were proven false; however, it's easy for her to blame "White privilege" if she wanted to for why my success ended up greater than hers (we don't talk anymore).
If you're a White man, the system effectively turns everyone against you.

Which is why I’m opposed to “hiding your power level”, as Nick Fuentes tells his groyper cult to do, and it’s why I don’t think we should go out of our way to be inclusive of outside racial demographics in any part of the WN movement. It’s up to us to save our own people and our own homeland, once we get some forward momentum in this fight, so be it if some outsiders want to help us, I won’t turn them away but ultimately, this fight is about our rights and claim to a homeland, it’s not about anything the Nons want. We need to normalize speaking out against anti-White hate and anti-White policy because it’s the only way to make other Whites feel like them doing the same doesn’t put them in some sort of outcast group, so we have to be vocal to some degree……that doesn’t mean we should go out of our way to be abrasive, but when the enemy is blatantly discriminating against us, we HAVE TO BE VOCAL with our opposition, so other Whites feel welcome to join us.
I agree. "Hiding your power level" is a bad move because you'll just end up in a bunch of situations where you can't do anything beneficial or you'll reveal your power level.
You'll also be depressed most your life because it'll feel quite alone and isolated. Fuentes has the luxury of suggesting people hide their power level because he never did so he doesn't actually know what it's like. I did that for years when I first started working and it was miserable. The last job I started at I went out for the weekly CUNT drinking day with the boys and told them Hitler was right about the jews (literally) and then told them the holocaust was a hoax. They didn't agree but we got along anyway and I'm still working there. Wayyyy better for your psyche and you just might run into the right people when you're honest and open about who you really are rather than hiding your power level.

Plus hiding our power level is just like admitting we have no power in this country, which may or may not be true, but the fact remains, we COULD have the most power out of any demographic if we operated as a collective. There are 180-190 million of us, so somewhere around 90 million White men. If we could get even 5% of that 90 million to organize IRL, that would be the largest military on earth, and if decided we aren’t going to tolerate this bullshit anymore with that many people, we could crush the j’ws plans overnight. If we have to hide our power level, there’s no possible fucking way we will ever be able to organize and force the changes we need to see to survive. The clock is ticking, being timid about our position basically dooms us because there are no political solutions as Nick Fuentes suggests there is, and even if there were some solutions politically, we simply don’t have time to infiltrate enough of the government to save our race from the kosher policies that are taking hold right now, they will have us shoved into a digital gulag long before we have enough political power to change things in our favor….We can’t be pussies, it’s important that every knows this is our country and we will not sit idly by on the sidelines as our birthright is given away and we are erased from the future of this society, the system needs to know we will not be ignored.
The best way to get somebody to understand your viewpoint is to meet them halfway and slowly walk them towards your full thoughts. If on that walk they stop, or aren't willing to entertain your ideas, then that's just how things are. You can only encourage others to change their own minds.

No, I did not mean a vested interest, comrade Cheka. Vested interest implies ownership whereas invested interest implies "devoting for a future benefit" which is how I meant it. Invested interest is actually the correct grammar here, comrade Cheka.
Sorry OP, the guy you responded to is correct. "Vested interest" is a common expression and "invested interest" is a common and acknowledged mistaken version of that expression.

No, the grammar police are wrong on this. Invested interest makes more sense and is not wrong. Vested interest would be wrong since her interest isn't vested, it's invested.
To explain better.
A vested interest implies she owns the result of what her interest is hence vested. She has a vested interest in the company performing well (because she owns shares of the company).
However, in this instance, interest in the subject I had brought up was an investment because it was her BF who would benefit from her sympathies (implying it would be systemic if more people thought like her) of what I was discussing with her and she would potentially benefit but it wasn't a sure thing because she doesn't own her BF so her interest was invested. In the context, a vested interest to the subject would imply she owns the benefits of her BF benefiting from a less oppressive society but she isn't certain of any benefit nor is she the owner of said benefits so her interest is invested not vested.
If she was a White male, she would have a vested interest but since she's a non-White Asian woman who was dating a White male, she doesn't have a vested interest, she has an invested interest.
It's ironic, because the more DEI you have, the more whites need to step up to hold things together, thus proving superior competence.
A team of white software engineers will often knock out a job competently.
A team of half or mostly DEI will end up relying on the remaining white guys to pull double duty to keep the whole thing from collapsing (then they'll take the credit.)

Example: the all-black development team behind the Black Panther game, deliberately handpicked by a team manager who swore off hiring whites to create a safe space. A year and a half later, the team had burned through their budget and failed to produce anything at all, even concept art. They didn't know how to get started, and were just sitting around for months doing jack shit, waiting for the appropriate DEI with actual knowledge to manifest. When they had to present a report on progress, showed up empty handed and EA (EA, who sees shitshow after shitshow and knowingly releases unfinished crap) immediately canceled the game and dissolved the studio, having lost millions propping it up.
I remember that. Some gamers I know with the proverbial blinders on reacted like "Oh no, I really wanted to play that! It would have been a cash cow! Why would EA kill a golden goose like that!?" Not that any mainstream gaming outlet would reveal the real reasons it got cancelled.
To be fair, it goes both ways. A bunch of the pro-white accounts were also actually Indians or whatever, and a bunch the Zionist and anti-Zionist accounts were also Indians and "Asians."

Honestly you can expect the same thing from most white men. Almost anyone who's experienced success is bought into the system and wants to believe you had a hard time because of your personal failings (which are, of course, safely ignorable to them).
I've tried to explain parts of race realism to white people as a half-white person, and nobody wants to believe it. Even though it technically favors them, the truth is that America has been led down a garden path in the postwar era, and admitting that is painful.
The only people who you'll gain ground with are the ones that value truth for truth's sake, and there's not a lot of them out there. They're more likely to be white, of course.

The most overt means of subversion and anti-white agitation don't even have to work on the majority. A minority will steer the whole herd. You can supposedly find One Of The Good Ones who is a Successful Assimilator(tm), but if even one of their extended family, friends or descendants becomes progressive or vocally anti-white, their existence quickly becomes a net negative. They become ballast. Same if they ever start to suspect, on any level, that they've benefited from DEI favouritism. Get past the majority of leeching ones who just enjoy free gibs, and the remainder still won't call out overt anti-white trends because it becomes a painful matter of shame and humiliation to acknowledge that they've been used as bioweapons, and that everyone wearing their skin colour is happy with it. Easier to pretend it's not happening. '....and anyway, sheeeeit, what's even so bad about whitey facing racism and tasting a little of his own medicine? I don't have to acknowledge sheeeeit.' And a soldier is made, or at least some ballast added.
