It then speculates on who or what that external force might be based on historical evidence. Excellent reading if you're into esoteric subjects.

There's no such thing as a labor shortage, it's called full employment and it's beneficial to the majority of the population because their labor is in high demand and they can easily find jobs and ask for higher pay.

I just watched a Ken Burns documentary about Lewis and Clark, the first American citizens to reach the west coast. It took them 2.5 years and ~8000 miles (13000 km) in total. That's quite mind-boggling for a European, maybe Russians can comprehend it.
The officials said that while the Ukrainians were likely to use the missiles first against Russian and North Korean troops that threaten Ukrainian forces in Kursk, Mr. Biden could authorize them to use the weapons elsewhere.
According to NYT it's Kursk only at this point.
