Which they do. You can see the differences in physical characteristics between races. The qualities and attributes found in Japanese are vastly different (superior?) to those found in the negro.
Now, it's not necessary to jump from differences to superiority, unless you import incompatible races into your culture. Is a car superior to a boat? Well, depends on whether you're traveling on land or on water. Keep the cars on the land and the boats on the water if you want good results. Same with races.
