hypocrisy doesn't exist for the left. They literally can't recognize it.

he apparently didn't lock down hard enough. Nevermind the overwhelming proof that lockdowns did nothing to stop the spread and destroyed millions of lives.

I will never stop being mad at the wasted potential that was GATE. They took the rad premise of having a modern military face off against a Tolkienian fantasy army with dragons, demigods, and wizards, and decided waifu trash was what people wanted. Incredibly dumb.

Gandalf is also an immortal wizard sent by god to shepherd the world.

This system is riddled with potential corruption. The sitting government has way too much power over how duty points get assigned, so it effectively ensures the perpetual rule of whichever party is in the majority when its enacted.

see, I'm not even sure it's so much of a conspiracy as a corporate coordinated psyop. corporations will always design and advertise their products to appeal to the base instincts of the widest audience they can get.

women tend to seriously care about what others think about them, much more than men. so the obvious marketing strategy is to appeal to that base instinct. "buy our product so other people will like you"

of course it was fucking mental illness that's what a drug addiction is.

Women tend to be much more social creatures, and to me that means gossip and praise/shaming is much more prevalent in their social circles.

Women caught in the toxic beauty loop seem to want to be praised by their peers and seem to be scared of the rejection that they'll get if they slip.

Women caught in the toxic body positivity loop seem to want to bully others into praising them for basically giving up on their health.

either way, it's all about what others think about them and not what they think about themselves.

my advice to women who are worried about their images has been this: it's not about how you look it's about what you can do.

While I personally subscribe to this philosophy, I also think it genuinely works because being a land whale significantly limits one's ability to do anything. endurance goes down the drain, any sort of running will hurt the knees, and balance and coordination also suffer.

encouraging people to work towards the goal of being able to run farther, jump higher, lift heavier, dance better, etc will naturally improve their figure as a side effect, but the focus on improvement in ability is much more rewarding.

"Donald Trump is not a real candidate as he clearly committed insurrection against the United States government, there is no point in debating him."

the shows and media that came later certainly are, but none of the shows listed in OP have any of the rot. they deserve to be enjoyed as they are.

shitty meme. It does not account for the different backgrounds of white people, brown people, or black people. Irish =\= Greek, Nigerian =\= Indian, Costa Rican =\= Korean, etc etc.

the term outdated is also being used as if fetishes are some sort of trend or fashion, and not something to keep locked up.

it's what the investors and regulators think AI is, and that's what matters in this context.

ApparentlyImAHeretic 8 points ago +8 / -0

to be fair, this is a thing. there was a recent legal court case where a lawyer used AI to generate their arguments, and the AI cited completely fake court cases.

AI is really good at coming to logical conclusions. but it is not very good at separating fiction from reality and will make things up.
