Live service makes sense when done right. Fortnite shows a good idea of it working. Heck GTA Online shows good ideas.

I would love a game where if you bought a different game, you could play that character or that mode. So you have Mario Kart World, you bought the new Donkey Kong game, so you can now play Donkey Kong with enemies in Mario Kart World. People could be racing and you're battling various animals. Then someone skateboards by while Sonic the Hedgehog runs for some rings. I would love to create a character and give him the powers of the various games bought. Then team up or go against various people who bought other games.

I would love that, but I doubt anyone would make it.

I've seen a lot of people try to use Tolkien as their new source recently. I think the new pope is a fan. They view the world like Saurumon did. They are the great multicolored wizard who can change the world to the better because he is better than everyone else.

I've noticed that the Sony Marvel games have basically taken a winning thing, added a chick in it, and then claimed it as their own. Spiderman 2 was a great open world super hero game for the PS2, so Spiderman is now an assassin's creed story boat. Wolverine had an interesting way to tell the story for the Xbox 360, so this one has jean gray. God of War had a very angry man who lost his wife, so now the story is about his second wife.

I do not subscribe to the neanderthal thing anyway.

Good one.

Yeah, the extra beautiful view looks like the same woman with a different wig.

But enough about walking around ____

  • A) Dundee
  • B) Glasgow
  • C) East London
  • D) Swansea

Sadly, now the joke is accurate.

It sort of feels like the reigns haven't changed since the PS3, just higher polygon count.

D&D doesn't need it unless you go a little more hardcore. Warhammer has it as a requirement. Games Workshop is always trying to stop 3D print sites from exact replicas.

Yeah, the color thing for printers and how Bambu Labs seems to be fighting it is very interesting. Basically, in TableTop the centerpiece is figures you buy and paint. If you can print out what you want in fully color then the entire industry goes under. So, they claim it's Guns but really it's stuff like Battletech and WarHammer. Heck, the toy industry in general. I think I even have articles on printing stuff like CPUs. Imagine printing a Wii or PS2 and you have a good idea what is happening.

Sadly. Slopaganda is not a term I ever expected to read, let alone how I found out about the term, but it is accurate.

I know that if you need to it to keep at specific singing or emotions it's best to act them out and then have the voice swapped.

Ok, I've seen a few versions of that. The commentary makes sense then. I have seen people use it as a socialist something or other.

I basically read 3-4 books a month in articles. The big thing is getting it all cataloged.

The big businesses see themselves as in power, when I think they'll probably be the big thing on the chopping block.

I see AI at the same spot as Flash or Modding was back in the day.

The fact that people were telling the creator of FFVI to stop shows how powerful it really is. I think a great trick would be to use something like Gaussian Splats to create the characters and models.

Sony has been having a lot of problems with their games. The live service games are going away. The first party games aren't selling. Mario Kart outsold all of the PS first party games combined.

My thoughts while watching the State of Play was how much the 'realistic characters' looked alike.

Seeing as I and anyone even slightly associated with theme parks had to view the video as and other materials, yeah.

NVidia wants to make smaller DataCenters near power areas.

A lot of tech is looking at going without the datacenter. There's also a huge push for personal computers, and even a AIPU.

I think this kind of push is to have us rely on these big companies which can be controlled. If it breaks apart to individual stuff, the various governments lose tons of power.
