The left are making even less sense nowadays..

I'm guessing the tweet is from a leftists given the use of 'beta', completely clueless that to continue the war is the pro Israeli stance who they also hate...

It's a clusterfuck of situation in itself without the psychopathic nutjobs commentating.

Beta is a stock market term.

It's a clusterfuck of situation in itself without the psychopathic nutjobs commentating.

Agreed, they really should take away his phone.

I mostly hear the right say retard than beta nowadays, mostly because shit's retarded nowadays.

I doubt you can, you're talking about a man when he was WRONGLY taken off twitter, made his OWN platform focused in him.

....actually that's a thought, you think he'd be this bad if he was never taken off Twitter?

Yes. At the same time, he's clearly losing his marbles now, and he doesn't have the self-awareness to not post deranged rants.

....actually that's a thought, you think he'd be this bad if he was never taken off Twitter?

I don't know, but I do know that his psychopathic babbling offends fewer people, for some reason, when it's off platform. So ironically, it helped him a lot.

Beta has a specific meaning that's (mostly) specific to the manosphere and it's still used in those contexts.

I'm guessing the tweet is from a leftists given the use of 'beta',

It's the Greek character itself. Beta is a measure of volatility. Specifically the ratio of an individual stock's covariance to the market vs. the market's overall variance. Neutral beta is risk in line with the market. Low beta is less volatile than the market. "High beta" is something riskier than average.

I personally think it's from a polymarket gambler who doesn't know the difference between earnings and profits, and thinks whatever he's currently grifting on is 'based', because all words have lost all meaning...

Oh, I mean. Yagh, a leftist.

Just so we're clear; everyone here understands that Iran is the one still blokadeing the Straight and Trump is just trying to act like it was his idea, right?

He stopped letting Iranian ships through once he couldn't get them to reopen the strait. It just took him a while because he's fucking retarded. I guess that's what happens when you launch a war you're unprepared for because King Kike said so.

Iran does need to figure out what their plans are. That's actually true. Ceasefires HELP Israel-America.

If Iran was serious about trying to win this war, they've have launched a ground invasion into Israel by now and used the ceasefire to prep for it. Since, they haven't, waiting around doing nothing helps Israel-America build up their weapons/defenses and Israel-America has far more resources than Iran so if Iran wanted to "win", they'd have had to press while they had the advantage which was 2 weeks ago when Israel-America was reaching the end of their supplies for their mission. The break has allowed Israel-America to regroup and rearm which is worse for Iran and in that same period of time Iran has hardly improved their position.

Unless Iran is a couple weeks away from a nuke or they're launching a ground invasion of Israel tomorrow, I'm not really sure what their plan is. That's probably what the American leaderships is thinking too. They know that with the time they've had to prepare, if they launch more bombings of Iran then Iran is going to be finished. As of right now Iran has done virtually 0 damage to the USA. Oil prices are lower than when the war started. Iran has seemingly 3 choices: Surrender, Ground Invasion of Israel or get destroyed.

How the fuck is that even possible?!? Israel has:

• Turned Gaza into a parking lot

• Bombed the shit out of Lebanon

• Ensured the formally tied to Iran Assad lost power in Syria

Do they go through Egypt or Jordan? How can they launch a ground invasion when EVERY friendly force around Israel has already been greatly reduced?

Also, power projecting an entire ground war against a country that is a giant fortress (ignoring US support) through at least two countries that are at best indifferent seems incredibly taxing.

Iraq, then Syria/Jordan, then Israel.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 4 ▼
– TheOutlaw 4 points 63 days ago +4 / -0

Jordan isn't going to agree to that, and invading them as well is a good way to get American boots on the ground. Syria is less risky in that regard but it would be logistical nightmare now that Assad is gone. All this is assuming that Iraq is a cakewalk which is a less than sure bet. There's also the matter of Israel's nukes...

– SocraticMethod1 3 points 63 days ago +3 / -0

They'd possibly be ambushed by ISIS remnants and local militia in Syria, because they backed Assad previously.

Jordan probably wants no part and tell them to go around and not try to go through them.

And this is all assuming Mossad didn't find out and they aren't under constant airstrikes since they're willing to strike inside Iraq, them travelling under any open ground is a death sentence.

It's all speculative.

What is true though is Iran has a significant man-power advantage. It's their only advantage. The USA would have a hard time rallying the manpower to counter a ground invasion. Best they could do is constant airstrikes and that would have been difficult two-weeks ago because they used a lot of their ammo. Israel is TIRED from Gaza and not in a position to defend a serious ground invasion. They'd get defectors FOR SURE. That's Iran's only advantage. If Iran sits in their bunkers, they're toast. Israel-America has far deeper supply-chains and resources than Iran and sitting around exchanging missiles benefits Israel-America more than it does Iran. There's many factors at play. No one has initiated a ground invasion of a nuclear power. Would Israel nuke them? Would Pakistan nuke in return if Iran is nuked?

All I'm saying is Iran is currently playing into the advantages of Israel-America rather than bringing the war to Israel-America in a manner that is to Iran's advantage. This means Iran loses. There's no winning scenario for Iran if they maintain this missile/drone exchange and if they just sit around waiting. The longer they wait without doing anything themselves the more it helps Israel-America.

Why is Israel-America extending the ceasefire? It's because it helps Israel-America more than it helps Iran.

– SocraticMethod1 3 points 63 days ago +3 / -0

I'm just picturing any attempts of a ground invasion at this point would look like a second 'road of death' like in the Gulf war.

Iran would've been able to use their advantage in manpower if they were positioned BEFORE the war. Doing that now? They'd be just wasting resources.

– CaptainTrouble 1 point 63 days ago +1 / -0

I still think they could use it. Even a bluff on a ground invasion to Saudi Arabia through Iraq to bolster their negotiation position. Anything... Iran has nothing going for them. 50% of their power projection is gone. Another month and that's game over. But you are right, Iran already fucked up when they let Syria get taken over by Israel and Palestine and Lebanon. They should have been more actively involved years ago. Iran doesn't appear to be very smart to me.

That was a lot more viable before Trump started blockading their shit in retaliation. Maybe Iran can outlast us. Trump's incompetence certainly gave them a head start.

Trump admin wanted the strait shut down to Europe from the start. That was probably the main reason even for doing this war.

You can see it in the leaked Signal chats when they were bombing the Houthis; they said they were opening up shipping for EU and complained they weren't even grateful.

EU continued to be anti-America so now America is holding their 'petrol' and fertilizer hostage until they get in line.

You're saying all the people, everyone there, is upset that their leadership is pro-American and wants them to stop. That's called being anti-American. Duh.

You think it's only your leadership that's pro-American, but they're not paying for NATO, they're resisting Greenland, fining our big tech as a tax, and so on.

Your leadership is not even pro-American, they are against what Trump wants of them. I don't know how EU could be more retarded.

How dim. That's just called having good sense, but the point stands that these traitors who rule over us have sold us out to America. You were not talking about the European population, and not even you are insane enough to think anyone would believe that you were.

they're not paying for NATO,

They don't need to pay for NATO.

they're resisting Greenland,

Meaning your unprovoked neoconservative aggression against a sovereign EU country? Yeah, it was very toothless, they should have sent a force to guard it and put it under the French nuclear umbrella.

Your leadership is not even pro-American, they are against what Trump wants of them.

Who cares what a fat neocon pedophile wants?

Ground invasion? With what vehicles? There is no way to stage their forces properly. Any concentration would be blown apart by JDAMs long before they could cross a border. This is one of the 30% of your posts that are absolutely insane

Their leverage is the cost of actually unseating them from power, which they think America doesn't want to pay. Might be correct

I'm genuinely surprised it's working. Who are these idiots who read Truth Social and go "Whoa, he's saying there's gonna be fighting! Sell oil stocks!" and then the next day go "Whoa, he's saying there's gonna be a ceasefire! Buy oil stocks!"

How can that possibly work more than once or twice?

My opinion of taco is: taco is only used when it can be spun as trump lacking firmness.

Taco is leftie speech double thinking, so they can claim that trump is the true hitler and needs to be stopped by any means, but at the same time, he is also a powerless man that cannot do anything. both contraddictory beleif held at the same time.

Just wait 2 weeks, so that the NPCs perform memory eviction, free ram space for the new cycle of news.
