EDIT: Yup, someone on X looked it up and sure enough. Literal enemies of the United States that need to be treated as such. Also, this student needs to sue
"If you don't impeach the corrupt judges, you CANNOT fix the country. They will form a cartel (a judicial dictatorship) and block all reforms, protecting the systemic corruption that put them in their seats." ~ El Salvador President Nayib Bukele
An FIU student has been arrested for making a credible and imminent threat of violence at a planned university event. According to the investigation, the suspect identified a specific date, time and venue.
I don't understand how this is a credible threat unless this lady actually has the ear of Netanyahu? A felony?! Are you kidding me?
We were already not voting our way out of this, but if judges are going to continue to apply laws unevenly, and even make up their own, we are going to end up shooting our way out. They are doing everything they can to increase the pressure.
Why her and not any of the many other people who say things 1000x times more negative on social media with their full names attached? If you want to make a show of force why not arrest John Doe for something he commented on Instagram or X?
Hmm, this might turn into an interesting case of testing "law" versus constitutional principles. In any event there is chilling of speech going here and a lesson in giving yourself margins of safety if you just don't want the hassle of fighting a rigged system. Depending on the person it may or may not be a good fight to have.
The quote "there's going to be a bomb in the blah blah convention center" read in the video is probably what prompted the police calls more than the Netanyahu joke. But as everyone else pointed out, that reference sealed her fate in that courtroom
Speech can only be punished if all three are true:
1. Intent – The speaker intends to incite or produce lawless action
2. Imminence – The action is expected to happen immediately
3. Likelihood – The speech is likely to actually cause that action
If any of these are missing, the speech is protected.
Bomb threats are like pulling the fire alarm when there's no fire. They get you with of the cost to deploy for no reason. The what if factor of who the fake fire alarm prevented from receiving needed assistance.
No. I saw how they charge for fake fire alarms in high school before 9/11. It was a class ahead of mine's senior prank. They did a good job pissing off the teachers! Some of the teachers even got in trouble for telling students not to leave when the alarm kept going off.
No one was charged, but they tried to come up with a list of charges that weren't pulling the fire alarm. It had a list of charges that were because of what happened when the fire alarm was pulled.
Judge talks like a kike. She never had a chance.

This is also the judge that went viral for giving a light sentencing to her black high school friend, who was later charged again for another crime.
Comrades are made to face walls. NO exceptions!
She forgot Ron DeShabos went to Israel to sign antisemitic law for Florida

They were most likely afraid that Bibi would do it.
The jew lives in constant fear of getting what we all know they deserve

No one is going to do anything

They have more authority in the universities for some reason. I think because of a recently passed law
And that law was from the Trump admin and Desantis.
And only applies to those on a student visa.
Something something camels nose under the tent
One more reason, probably the most important for the Iran War.
And the disabling of downvotes on this site.
Yep. The mossaderators did it to amplify the neo-con war pimps and MIGA faggots so they can't be downvoted to hell.
You know the takeover is complete when they've actively criminalized muh antisemitisms.

This is an example of "you can beat the rap, but you can't beat the ride."
Well. At least she is red pilled now I guess.
The best thing a young woman can do after being redpilled is find the most right wing white guy in town and give him as many children as possible.
Well she won't be girlbossing her way anywhere with a felony thats for certain.
Not that one, she's a spigger

The Brandenburg Test (core rule)

That’s because 9/11. A certain country was very happy about that.

I thought the joke was funny. Should I be arrested too?
If you're a White man then it's a death penalty.
Why is she handcuffed? So that she won't be able to write any more jokes while in court?
A bomb threat is not a "joke"...
What's the difference between a bomb threat and holding a pro-war political opinion?
Did she say "I'm going to bomb the school", or did she say "I want the duly constituted authority of a sovereign country to bomb a school"?
She tried to be cute and missed by a mile.
The bright side is she now knows what the inside of an orange jumpsuit feels like. Of course, we have to see if it will stick...
A prediction isn't a threat, you retard.
Does she have a direct line to satanyahu? No? Than not a credible threat
That's a rough 23. She looks like she has been through a lot of shit.
Hispanic women hit the wall hard
He should be applauded.
It is pretty difficult to make jokes about a criminal psychopath, who controls most US politicians.
Ridiculous.
Oy vey! You can't say that!
