I was a big WoW nerd all the way from classic 1.0.5-ish through the end of Wrath of the Lich King. I tried Cataclysm, but something about it just put me entirely off.
Also, is anyone else here old enough to have a 1.0 box set with the manual? I distinctly remember Dwarves being able to be Mages when I first started, and it going away at some point, but everyone insists I'm misremembering. I swear my old manual listed Mage as an available class for Dwarves, but I lost it years and years back, and can't check.
I've played since early vanila but I don't remember dwarfs being mages. They were priests but mages you had only gnomes and humans on alliance and undead and trolls for horde.
I may be wrong as it was a lifetime ago.
According to AI:
Although Dwarf Mages were present in the beta and even listed in the original Vanilla WoW game manual, they were removed before the official launch
I posted awhile back that classic has more weekly engagement than retail anymore, wow is a parody of itself to the point they’re putting out a NEW classic+ instead of fixing retail.
Remember all the backlash they got over Diablo Immortal being a shitty phone game? It made a $500m in micro-transactions the first year alone.
Hearthstone, a game no one talks about? When they introduce new shit, they can pull $19m in one month. They're averaging about $1.03 per active player per day.
I think he has a valid point. Warcraft has become so feminized that it isn't Warcraft anymore. They really should rename the franchise to something that more accurately reflects the new theme. I can't really think of anything. FunCraft is already taken but it would be a better name.
Blizzard should actually consider selling the Warcraft name/brand/setting and then doing a complete rebrand/overhaul. They keep World of Warcraft but rename it to something else like World of Carebears and Unicorn Farts. Then turn every character EVEN GAYER and get rid of the "warcraft" elements that currently prove to be barriers to their styling teams. Why do we have armor and weapons when chastity belts and dildos will do instead.
This shit died after legion. There was more hype for their legion remix than anything I can remember in recent memory. Can't believe that was 4 expansions ago which is roughly 8 years. And somehow with the ashes of creation abortion, WoW will finally be the WoW killer and become the Sims 5.
Raids is 5th on the list and PVP didn't make the list.
Farming gear to become stronger and beat other guilds to a boss does not seem to be important either.
Is this World of Warcraft or Animal Crossing?
Only one of my friends keep playing it and even him is more on and off, story is dead.
For me Legion was the last good expansion.

Maybe Todd should rerelease skyrim without all the patches

Casuals and mobile users just keep feeding them.
Chinese?
At this point, the only kind of people who play MMOs are ERPers, Parsers and FOMO collectors.
We know.

Sry, missed that post
We don't care that you know. Some things need repeating.
For Pete's sake, I thought you had grown past this.
Uh huh, by the way Epstein was apparently a Horde player....
...please distribute this bomb whenever possible.
“Me not that kind of orc mr epstein…”
I would have thought gnome
I think goblin would have fitted better.
ofc ol jeffery would identify with the green niggers and not humans...
i can tell you from experience that most nons actually choose horde (particularly mexicans and Russians)

"Peace Idler" does actually sound like a real cell phone predatory monetization game, and I'm sure they'd have preferred that name to War Craft.

More like World of Gaycraft
This is a joke considering how abusive blizzard were towards customers in the past.
