No articles I can find yet but online chatter shows people talking about how tonight Grok is now heavily censored. Won't take uploaded images and put the woman in a bikini, etc. Won't make videos of women undressing into bikinis/underwear etc.
I tested it personally by uploading a pic of a woman and asking it draw her in a bikini and it was moderated. Uploaded to Imagine a woman already in a bikini and it refuses to make a video of literally anything (not even "woman reads a book", how sexist!)- even with no prompt it refuses. Asked it to draw a woman in a bikini and 1 attempt was moderated but another was generated.
All because Elon stuck his dick in crazy.
Kids getting gang raped - governments sleep
Grok shops a bikini on a politician? Emergency legislation time
Was there actually any legislation on this? Or did Grok just update?
I heard them talking about emergency legislation:

Women do whatever the media pushes them to do
It will let a man put a woman in a burqa though lol
EDIT: OH MY FUCKING GAWD... tried it again and the women spoke about how empowering it was and shows support for all women, courage, understanding and empathy. I am fucking DYING score one more victory for feminism!!
Grok is right about women...
Just thought to test men, it will do that so that's some nice sexism. https://imgur.com/a/MbVRT9o
That's deleted. Use something other than imgur. It's cucked
It was pretty silly of X to connect Grok Imagine to it to begin with, but otherwise, this just seems odd. It's not like celebrity fakes and photoshops haven't existed for decades at this point. I guess it's because it's easy and ubiquitous.
Exactly, and some of them were really good and totally looked real. I'm still recovering from the heartbreak in learning that nude of the pink Power Ranger wasn't real.
Paparazzi upskirt photos of celebs existed for decades too. In currentyear, they will get you visited by the starmtroopers, even for reposting an old one as with Laurence Fox in the UK.
'Revenge porn' nonsense was the thin end of the feminist wedge used to hack the overton window out of the wall. They've successfully conflated image manipulation of women with the worst crimes on the planet now; in Ireland this was reported on the news as 'grok is making child porn images (so please turn up in Dublin for a protest outside the X offices later today)'. I could tell with the response to DignifAI that this was a line of internet freedom our supposed free speech champions won't be ready to cross for a loooong time, long beyond the oft-impotent pressure valve of allowing a bit of ranting about negros and jews.
Even nude scenes in movies or shows are through body doubles if the face is not in the shot. Even that will eventually be replaced with AI in post
TBF you do have a reasonable expectation of privacy up your skirt. I don't have a problem with those being illegal but I think the Fox one was a pic where she was getting out of a car or something and accidentally flashed the world- I don't consider those "upskirt". When I think of upskirt I think of someone intentionally trying to get a camera under there like that guy who put a little camera in his shoe and would then put his foot under women's skirts- that's a violation of privacy as oppose to a woman dressing like a ho and not taking care when getting out of a car. The latter is kind of on them, like when celeb women don't wear a bra and you can see their tits when the camera flash goes thru the thin fabric of their dress.
Getting underneath somebody's crotch requires invading their personal space. They have deliberately conflated this kind of harassment with line of sight photography taken at a distance, of celebrities dressed like prostitutes who don't have the sense to keep their legs together when getting out of a limo (often deliberately, back in the day when they knew it would generate attention). The latter kind of photo used to be advertised on the front of tabloid newspapers to a readership of millions of people, yet now it's treated as a sex crime which will put you on an offenders' register, to an opposition which numbers zero people. That's how far the window has shifted in favour of insane feminism.
The core of the whole idea is the simp notion that women don't have to be held responsible for exposing themselves and that men should be criminalised for unwanted attention. You can draw a clear through line from that to revenge porn and the 'staring laws' on UK trains. Why shouldn't it be illegal to look at women in public when they don't want it, if it's already illegal to photograph them at a distance in public or re-publish nude pics which were legally obtained? None of this is done to 'protect women' - if it was, they'd receive protection from brown rapists rather than embarrassing AI shoops. It's done to create another lever to control insufficiently servile men and the internet.
And it's not as if numerous other clothes removal AIs don't exist. Why is Grok the only one ever mentioned?
you know why.
I can guess, but even without Elon being in the crosshairs, the media have the tendency to gang up on something while ignoring other similar things.
Most mainstream AI is useless if you need to do anything creative and fun. Try Venice AI for creative fun things.
Grok hasn't been competitive for months now in mainstream AI and has really fallen off. Its image generation is one of the worst.
Everything online is paid for, if you have a decently modern computer, its worth learning offline stuff like comfyui is pretty good for image/video generation stuff.
Apparently you can even download some offline LLM's and load them into something like lm studio, but I havent actually got that to work yet. When I tried the install for lllama on facehugging I think its called, it was 200 gigs and I cancelled thinking I screwed something up, but no I think thats what it takes to have a actual "offline" llm experience. When using something like chatgpt's model in the lm studio, its not running the entire model, its just running the weights and input that feed into it, which is handy if you dont want to login/pay to use/store chatgpt chats, but you can only input/output so much before you run out of resources. I read recently chatgpt is going to start putting in ads into their chats and I wont be using it anymore at that point.
I really hate how everything is censored too. Ive been thinking about trying to use veracrypt to store some important documents(like the work stuff for example), but in the end I decided its to important I cant risk a random muon coming through and locking the entire contents. Just easier to offline it.
Chatgpt absolutely refused to elaborate on veracrypt support, no amount of rephrasing would make it talk, the government must really hate that shit.
This is one of the actual use cases for rar archives. A random bit flip in a zip can render every file in the archive beyond that point unrecoverable. With rar, the same damage will only ruin one file and the rest can be recovered. Furthermore, you can make rars with a 'recovery record', which is essentially parity data included in the archive itself which can seamlessly recover from bit rot like this in exchange for a few percent larger archive.
Slap on a decent password and a rar archive might be just the thing for your needs.
they're fighting this so hard because it makes all their Epstein blackmail cache trivially dismissible with a simple "fuck off with your ai shit"
Using AI to produce "non-consensual intimate imagery" is a federal crime in the US. Nobody knows exactly where the legal dividing line is on the spectrum between "burqa picture" and "interracial gangbang" is yet.
This law needs to be removed, immediately.
It's one of like three laws Congress bothered to pass last year and it was basically unanimous, it's not going away.
So you're saying you want to take down the Take It Down Act?
Sure
Call it the "Take your own advice" act.
Grok to my knowledge has never allowed nudity on uploaded images, and nudity at all is behind a paywall and only on completely fake AI people.
Grok did allow bikinis and lingerie- the former is worn in public on the beach and shown on free TV in the daytime and prime time so it's not reasonable to call that "intimate". Go to a mall with a Victoria Secret store and you'll see huge pictures of women in lingerie facing the public hallways so I don't think you can call the "intimate" either.
And since the undressed bodies are completely fake I don't see WTF people are bitching about when the subjects are adults. I don't recall any outrage or countries banning Photoshop because they can be used to create fake nudes.
Yeah, but I feel like when they blew this issue up they barbra streisanded it though.
There are so many resources/tutorials to start this on your own. And while most, stress the potential legal issues of this, many people simply use randomly created people and create "personas". But even that kinda bothers me because chances are prolly higher than you think that whoever you randomly generate is going to have a likeness to someone in the real world.
I also figured, you know its prolly alot easier to spot the generated content if you know how it works.
The only thing that is stopping people doing this offline is if they have a computer video card older than 6 years or very low vram.
Using something like comfyui and then a text to image workflow like qwenedit to generate the initial image and then using a image to video workflow for wan2.2 to create some pretty decent stuff from the get go. Of course with the comfyui listed models it will do some basic topless stuff (for artistic vision ofc), it wont do much more than that, but plenty of user trained datasets available trained on stuff like onlyfans, not hard to swap the diffusers out. With wan though it seems like you basically have to create your own character loras or the details will shift alot in the scene, using something like ostris ai toolkit.
Im retarded and I figured a good chunk of it all out in a few days, if I can do it...I will offer a piece of advice, to do this involves installing hundreds of different packages, you need so many prereqs, python, cuda, git, are the major ones, do it on a fresh install of windows with no personal information on there, and just plan on nuking again when your done.
Im glad I dont have a bunch of personal photos on the cloud somewhere, all it takes is like 15 pictures, from what I read, to get a convincing model of someone. The thing is training loras takes massive vram, or massive time... so thats a little more out of reach for the average person unless your ok with putting your pictures into the cloud for a paid processing service(if you wonder where all the video card chips and ram are going). But all ive messed around with is wan2.2, ive read sdl1.5 can cut that time in half.
I really want to try and do some characters powered by neural nets in a video game, eventually, and i figured this is the first step towards that. Part of me is half tempted to try and make a short 5 minute show, robot chicken style or something.
Ill prolly die long before i accomplish anything though. :shrugs:
I see no issue with it not altering user upload images of real women.
Free speech? Seems akin to parody, images are expressive speech and the speech doesn't have to be "good" or have "value" to be protected speech. Unless someone was marketing them as real then that would be fraud/defamation but the issue is fraud/defamation not the photo. Did the guy who make the fake nude of the pink Power Ranger face any punishment? My 15 yr old ass thought that was real.
Should we ban Photoshop etc too? Why are people acting like fake sexy images are some new fangled thing? AI just takes away needing the skill.
Should slashfic be banned? That's sexualizing people without consent too.
I’d need to see this nude power ranger to ensure I’m knowledgeable enough to continue this conversation
NSFW obvs https://rule34.paheal.net/post/view/1305
I think that's the one. Doesn't look as good now but in the late 90s with small CRT screens and innocence it was real to me dammit.
I only have an issue in so much as it had to be specifically patched, and there's lot of more egregious stuff that hasn't been. It will still happily blackwash European royalty, or uglify up a white family if you ask it. Hag politicians should live with the Wild West rules for just as long as the rest of us do.
I see no issue with it not altering ANYTHING. Giant corpo AI accessible to the lowest of the low isn't the way. That shit should be for the technologically literate only. If you can't run some simple python scripts, you're probably not mature enough to use the technology properly.
It comes with built-in parental control, intelligence control, maturity control, and gatekeeping... And Grok, alongside all corpo AIs, tears all of those down.
At least now it won't do that to images of kids
It already was extremely limiting what you could do if the image you uploaded had a kid in it, even if you weren't doing anything to the kid you couldn't put the adult into a bikini etc.
Images should fall under the parody category. But I guess if feelings come first, we're all fucked.
But some are fucked more hard than others.
The fact that the system was also putting children in bikinis is a problem. Not as big of a problem as the rape gangs and Islamification that the EU is ignoring, but it is a problem.
I personally find it more of a problem that people were asking it to do that. You can photoshop bikinis onto children, by why would you?
Don't hate the tool, hate the user.
The tool can have a filter, it already does.
Parents put children in bikinis, stop being a massive faggot.
They can stop
Funny story, when this story first "broke" I looked up "bikinis" or something similar on search and it was 95% OF girls posting pictures of themselves, then asking what they would look like in a bikini doing X pose.
