That was what they had to do BEFORE this ruling. Now they can just freely browse what you're browsing and if they see you doing something they don't like, well you're fucked.

Judges are smarter than me, but this seems so obviously anti-4th Amendment that only a judge could see otherwise.
I'm seeing increasing evidence that more and more judges just don't care. They're socialist groupies who think a heavy-handed politically left government is how things should be run, and they want to be part of it. And they know how hard it is for judges to get disbarred so they don't lose any sleep over depriving us of real justice.
The only evidence I've seen to that effect is that you believe that statement.

Many judges are total morons. The blue cities are full of them, some can barely speak English and they've been born here.

How does this work? Who would provide them the information? Internet providers or Google itself? If the latter, then the answer is simple: stop using google as anything other than a GPS service. Use different search engines.
