Opens the way for easy parallel construction cases :
step 1 - find someone who googled xyz poison before xyz poison was used
step 2 - arrest him for running a stop light and claim he looks like the suspect
That was what they had to do BEFORE this ruling. Now they can just freely browse what you're browsing and if they see you doing something they don't like, well you're fucked.
At some point hunting judges is going to become a moral obligation for a just society.
