100,000 is unconscionable. That is recouped in a sparse handful of years. It should be 1,000,000. Because any job worth less than that, there DEFINITELY is an American qualified and able to do it. But maybe for a million bucks, maybe, there's some super-specific skill that is tapped out.
I'd add a 70% annual corporate tax on company net revenue for anyone that hires jeets over Americans for "muh cost cutting" because fuck those dipshits in the eye with a grenade.
For every job, they should have to pay, at a minimum, the full price of educating a natural-born citizen (from birth) to being able to perform the role they are hiring the H1B for. And that money must be earmarked to get natural-born citizens into the positions most held by H1Bs. With massive fines for any abuse.
That's what the H1B program was supposed to be: a temporary stopgap employee until an American was available. Then they get the fuck out.
I'd go with corporal punishment for any abuse. Fines just become the cost of doing business but the CEO getting ten lashes in the public square, or hanged, is going to keep him a lot more honest.
It shouldn't be an integer value because inflation will continually make that less of a deterrent over time. It should be some astronomical multiplier. Median salary for that role across the country multiplied by 15 or something similar.
It shouldn't be $100,000. It should be far more, alongside forcing these companies to pay triple or quadruple the market salary for these positions. And the visa holders suffer a 99% remittance tax.
Maybe we just have it make their tax rate go up. Each foreigner you employ raises the base tax rate by 1%. Hire too many foreigners and oops now you owe the government 120% of what you made for the year.
Fuck 'em. Hart-Celler Act should be repealed anyway.
and everyone that resulted sent back
Best I can do is more war for israel.

Fuck your "growth". "Make line go up" has sold our people up the river, and mortgaged our children's future.
The best part is, the growth is a bunch of fake bubbles.
wdym AI will make all human effort redundant. Trust the Science™!
As we all learned during Covid(if not earlier), the science is all fake and gay.
On top of the $100K fee having loopholes, it's now being legally challenged, how predictable.
Something, something "luigi"
Something, something "chamber of commerce"
