David Pakman highlights liberal language lies: "71% of ICE detainees appear to have no criminal record." Yeah, because we just caught them breaking the law, that's why they're detained (archive.is)

Weasel wording of language to create technicalities is how the left has conquered America. It’s not shocking they continue to do so now.

My favorite has always been “no human is illegal.” It’s such a gross oversimplification as to be meaningless, yet they’ll belt it out with the slightest provocation.

That’s because (if I remember right) it was originally declared by the diabetes justice even though she recognized they committed federal law violations. Just like how RBG admitted numerous leftist laws were unconstitutional (including roe) but smugly said she would never vote against them. It’s all a game to them, and they’ll kill you and millions of others to “win”. Thats why the Sam Hyde quote is so subtle but so prescient.

RBG admitted that Roe was based under bad law stating that privacy was a really dumb argument and that other cases using equal protection should have been used. Of course she made no effort to bring any challenges to Roe to the SC to reinforce a better argument because a better argument would have negated the democratic dog whistle.

That’s because even “equal protection” would have fallen flat under judicial review. The Warren court was a travesty on the judiciary and set the “precedent” we see today for lower courts claiming supremacy to the executive branch.

My favorite has always been “no human is illegal.”

With the assumption of course being that this is the correct way of things and we should all agree to this moral foundation. Which is the basis of most liberal catchphrases like "love wins!" and "choose kindness always!"

Its so deeply ingrained in their NPC brains they can't even imagine someone disagreeing with that on a base level, rather than getting caught up in their semantic games above it.

Yeah it's not their existence that is illegal, it's their presence inside the borders. But not even the average lefty is so retarded so as to spout "It's not illegal to be anywhere" without second guessing themselves saying something so obviously false.

So they put out the NPC friendly version that pretends the crime is existing not trespassing.

They went from "no human is illegal" to "You don't have corpo-approved nanomachine shot? TO THE CAMPS WITH YOU, LIFE UNWORTHY OF LIFE! FUCK YOUR FREEDOMS!" reaaaal quick.

"Appear to have." Just like protests "appear" to be mostly peaceful if you don't look for or ignore the criminality. Or how there is "no evidence" of election meddling if you don't look for it, or ignore the evidence entirely. Or how you can prove that there is no evidence that the mRNA jabs have any risks whatsoever if you just ignore it.

It's amazing how much reality you can deny (until you can't) if you are sheltered enough to be able to simply ignore it.

You don't even need to be sheltered. You just need to not understand how statistics work, and how easy it is to lie with them.

Its probably the most "red pilling" moment you can have, once you understand just how easy it is to blatantly lie with them and how that in turn makes every single stat you ever see meaningless.

"Crime in DC is down! No need to the National Guard!"

It is down, because of 3 reasons:

  • Judges refuse to convict
  • Cops under-charge. Carjacking is now "auto theft" & considered non-violent.
  • The police faked the stats.

"It's lower than before!"

  • Because the previous year was a record high. It had better be lower!
  • Because of the 3 above things
  • "Better" doesn't mean "acceptable. A football team can have 25% more wins than last season, that's better, right? But 5-12 still sucks! (4-13 the year before, eh)

Deportation isn't a punishment. That is why it doesn't matter if they commit a crime or not (outside of illegally entering the country). That's why they don't need a jury trial to be sentenced to deportation: they have to leave, and it has nothing to do with crimes or not.

They have absolutely no right to be here.

That's why they are required to leave.

29% of them were already criminals before illegally entering the country? that's supposed to be a winning talking point?

Or were convicted of other crimes but were somehow allowed to stay in the country?

I don't care if they spend their days helping little old ladies cross the street and their nights saving sick puppies. I want them all out. I'm not alone on this, and every time a family is wiped out by one of them on the highway, or a young woman is raped and murdered by one, more people pile on the bandwagon.

Our empathy, along with our patience, is quickly running out. The playbook Pakman is running only works when they have a stranglehold on the media. It doesn't work in an environment where a single tweet can redpill millions. Change is coming. He can step out of the way and let it happen, or he can stay where he is and get run over.

If the DA intentionally drops charges then they never get a record.

How many times were they arrested and let go?

I bet the over/under is 3... (3 being the average number of catch & releases, just a guess)

If that statement were true, it would be far more prevalent a narrative. But they do have a criminal record: Illegal entry into a sovereign nation.

Yeah? That's because they've skipped their court dates for the last 3-4 times they've been caught & released.
Conviction in abstention should make a comeback! Catch them, jail them and let them appeal from behind bars. No dragging it out for years then! Criminals will beg for fast trials.

Also: the fact that they're in the country illegally is a crime they're guilty of. No "criminal record" is required.
